She had actually requested to stay in Alexandra's room and the Nephilim didn't know if she had to worry or not.
Rebekah was rather upset with her necklace gone and the fact that her brother was furious about it, made her even more upset.
The Bloodwood heir didn't know how to feel about it.
On one hand, she had to protect her friends, and specifically Elena who was the jewel's current owner and on the other hand, she could feel the Original's bond with the necklace since it was given to her by her mother.
She had in mind her plan with Elijah but didn't expect that it would backfire like that.
The noble brother knew very well that his paranoid one would wake Alexandra first and it would've been so immaculately convenient for their plan to succeed as the Shadowhunter would find a way to undagger her soulmate without Klaus knowing and their vengeance wouldn't take long to begin her chaos towards the hybrid as they planned to undagger the rest of the Originals.
But neither of the destined duo anticipated Klaus undaggering Rebekah because his witch needed something from her in order to detect the reason for the hybrids' demise.
Basically, the half-Cretan was alone in this because she could not warn Elijah of their plan's sudden turn.
Surely, they would need to persuade the siblings of their plan someday but now, Alexandra had to do it sooner and alone, starting with Klaus' favourite sibling.
She was made aware of the female Original's temper but after their first encounter, the brunette was a bit relaxed, knowing that the blonde had actually something else to be feared apart from the dagger.
It was now her duty to take Rebekah to her side against Klaus. Neither she nor Elijah wanted him dead, she had ensured that with her soulmate while in the in-between. They just wanted him to suffer even a bit.
And she started to hope that the sister wishing to stay in her room for the night, was a really good sign for Alexandra to start their bonding.

"Yes, they do," hummed the Nephilim from the bed and showed her her own ɴɪɢʜᴛᴡᴇᴀʀ. "Baby-doll PJs are very comfortable and cute to wear during the night."
"You call these cute?" The blonde raised her eyebrow and strode towards the bed before sitting down.
"The pairs we are wearing now, yes," she side-eyed her and put on a half-smirk. "The ones that I have in my home... not so much."
