Just A Dream

It saddens me when you smile,
Only because I know the pain it hides.
it saddens me when you laugh,
Only because I know it will not last.
It saddens me when you're upset,
In my eyes you deserve the best.
I only wish to heal your scars,
To see you take the world by storm.
The very thought brings me bliss,
Much like a sweet heartwarming kiss.
Your success may well send you far,
But what's my life without your heart.
Each day I awake I grow more curious,
As to who you are.
