Thank you to my past for showing me I can be and do better.

I've held onto a lot, my mind became shattered.
But in the end I choose growth and I'll continue the battle.

And yes my past has hit me hard but now my future's the mantle.

I promise to cherish every moment that time will allow.
I promise that you'll always know how you make me proud.
I promise I'll never abandon you or leave you to drown.
I promise you'll always be golden and sleep safe and sound.
I promise you will always be my soul, my purpose, my crown.
I promise you will be the reason that my world goes around.
I promise that I will protect you till my last breathe is out.
I promise you will see my praise and it will always be loud.
