Tara's eyes fluttered open. As her vision began to clear, she started scanning the room. She was in a comfortable hospital bed, but the room was empty except for the IV bag that was attached at the crook of her arm. Surely, she hadn't been out very long.
She tried to sit up, but the room instantly pitched hard right, and a wave of nausea slammed into her stomach. Tara closed her eyes, fighting the urge to purge her body's contents, and returned to her supine position.
'What the hell is going on?' She began to panic internally. What had happened to her? Where was she? Where was Yoongi? She was feeling for the buttons that must be on the bed. She didn't want to open her eyes to be bombarded with vertigo. Just as she was about to cry out, she heard the door swing open and instinctively opened her eyes.
Yoongi had a look on his face that was a mix of worry and relief. He was about to open his mouth and say something when she began screaming at him.
"WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU? DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE TO WAKE UP ALONE? HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN OUT AND WHERE THE FUCK AM I?
Yoongi turned pale as his expression morphed into disbelief. He felt sick at his stomach, and without saying a word, he turned and walked back out of the hospital room door.
Tara was unsure what shocked her more, that he didn't answer her or that he slammed the door in his wake. She looked around and finally found the call button, smashing it several times out of sheer frustration.
When the nurse came rapidly into the room, Tara went on the attack again. "Where is he?
"Ma'am?"
"The man that was just in here!" Tara barked. "Where did he go? I need him to come back."
"So there's no emergency?" The nurse said, her voice chuffed with irritation.
"Yes! I need him!"
Then, for a second time, Tara's room door slammed shut.

Down in the lobby, Amy rushed up to the station nurse and was about to ask for Tara when, at the same moment, Jimin walked up behind her, and Yoongi walked past her. Although Jimin looked worried, Yoongi looked livid. After glancing toward Jimin, Amy jogged up to Yoongi and grabbed his arm.
"What happened?" Amy asked him.
"Shibal!" Yoongi swore. "I don't have a damn clue. I go in her room, and she screams at me like a wild animal. She didn't ask about the baby or what had happened.... Like she's not in her right mind or something."
Amy's brows knitted together in concern. "Call Hobi. I will go up with Jimin and see what's going on with her. What floor is she on?"
Yoongi nodded and deflated simultaneously. "3. 315." He reached in his coat pocket and dialed Hoseok as he exited the hospital.
Jimin looked at Amy sheepishly as she snagged his jacket sleeve and started toward the elevator. "You and I are going to talk to her." He nodded, and Amy texted Jungkook to let him know what was going on. When they stepped off the elevator, they could hear Tara yelling. They shot each other a look and sprinted in the direction of the commotion.
Amy wished at that moment that Alex was here.
"Tara!" Amy barked. "What the hell girl?"
Tara's eyes searched through the nurses that had gathered to find Amy's face. "Where is he?"
Amy knew she had to stay calm. "He went downstairs to call Hobi. Tell me what's going on."
Tara broke down and began to sob. "He wasn't here. When I woke up, I was alone."
Amy was confused. "Ok, then what happened, hunny?"
"No one told me anything. I don't know where my clothes are or where I am. Why am I at a hospital?" Tara seemed to quiet until she thought of Yoongi again, then she shrieked. "WHERE IS HE?!"
Amy looked back over her shoulder and asked the nurse if they had a sedative that wouldn't hurt the baby. The nurse nodded and darted away and quickly returned with a bit of midazolam.
Amy moved closer to Tara and repeated her earlier statement, making sure to block Tara's view of the nurse. "I told you. He went to call Hobi." Amy spoke softly. "He will be back in a few minutes. Okay?" Tara eyed her warily, then spotted the nurse. The plunger was already down on the needle. Tara's face softened and relaxed. Her eyes fluttered closed.
"There was a little something extra in it." The nurse side-eyed Amy. "Is she always like this?"
"If she is, I've never seen it. She can be a bit spoiled and petulant but never like this." Amy looked over her shoulder. The room had cleared except for Jimin, who was coming close to the bed now.
"I di- I didn't know she was pregnant." Jimin swallowed hard, his mouth suddenly parched.
"I didn't either." Amy replied but realized he was pale. "Are you ok, Jiminssi?"
He looked at her, his eyes brimmed up with tears that didn't fall. "It might be mine." He said softly.
Amy's eyes went wide, and she thought to herself, 'Promiscuous little brat.'
They took seats and chatted softly for a while. The nurses came in and out, checking Tara's vitals and machines. When Amy looked up from her phone, Yoongi and Hoseok were standing in the doorway.
"They sedated her." Amy answered the question on Yoongi's face. He nodded, and though worried, he still looked very miffed.
"Excuse me." A young male attending came in and unlocked the wheels of the bed that Tara was in. "We are going to take a different scan of her brain since that outburst wasn't a normal behavior for her. The Dr is concerned that there might be pressure on the brain."
Everyone nodded. Yoongi came in, and Amy told him what had happened from the elevator until now. Yoongi listened and digested it all then stood up. His fingers immediately went to his mouth, and he began to gnaw on his nails.
"Stressing won't help hyung." Hobi chided from his position, leaning against the door frame.
Jungkook and Amy texted for the next hour while they waited for them to bring Tara back. Jimin and Hobi had gone down to the lobby. Around 6 p.m., Amy messaged Alex.
They finally brought Tara back in. The nurse followed them in and said nothing as she injected the intravenous line with more sedative.
Amy shot a worried look to Yoongi.
After what seemed like hours, the Dr finally came in. He looked grave.
"I am afraid that it's not good news."
