One thing is for sure...
Jiyo is my certainty.
After lunch I had to immediately prepare myself, Pip and I are at Jiyo's condo, because I wanted to look at least presentable, uuwi kasi ang mga kapamilya ni Jiyo. Si Summer and her parents, pati na rin sina Kuya Iloy, Tito Jay, and Ate Omi. I am so excited.
Jiyo is already at the school, of course, mayroon pa rin silang ginagawa kahit tapos na ang eskwela. May Speech siya, it's a life story style speech to his co-architect graduates, and in connection to a song they will sing. I am so excited for him. It may be the last time I may see him at APU.
"Ang ganda mo!" bati ni Pip nang makita ako sa suot kong dress. "Anong oras tayo pupunta? Si Alex na ang maghahatid sa atin."
I decided to wear a white dress, puffed shoulders, and backless. I let my hair loose, and then wear a not so high heels. I just wore a light make up, and put on a white crochet headband. I like white, it's elegant.
Tinanguan ko naman siya. "We can leave and go na to the school."
I decided to message our GC, for updates. Gumawa ng group chat si kuya Jay, at sinali kaming dalawa ni Summer. Jiyo does not know na umuwi silang lahat. We basically expected and know na hindi pupunta sina Mr. and Mrs. Lazero, and even when they go... I will not let them ruin Jiyo's special day... That is why they are all here.
Me:
guys, otw na ako sa school, sa car park na lang tayo magmeet so I can bring you sa school. baka maligaw kayo @everyone.
Omi Rejusa:
agree, malapit na kami nakalapag na kami.
Summer Lazero:
@ the traffic jam na near the school, see u dru!
Me:
see you all!
"Love, tara na!" tawag ni Pip sa nakatulog niyang boyfriend. "Can I drive?"
Agad na tumayo si Alex. "Jesus, you have severe road rage, so no, babe. Absolutely not!"
Napatawa ako sa kanila at kinuha na ang bulaklak na regalo ko kay Jiyo, and my letter for him, and a small gift. I like giving Jiyo flowers, too. His genuine reaction whenever I give him gifts pushes me to give him more gifts every time.
I just made a bracelet for Jiyo. I found a metal bracelet making shop at BGC when I was looking for gifts, so I decided with that. I just engraved the word "J + D" on it and then kept it plain. Just as he likes.
"Grabe si Jiyo baby girl na baby girl kay Dru, ah." Alex joked.
I pouted, and played with the flowers I bought for him. "He likes tulips so much."
When we arrived at the school, agad kong nakita si Summer na nakasuot na ng ID na may ticket siya to watch the Architecture Graduation, pati ang Mama at Papa niya. Mukhang wala pa sila ate Omi.
