As Giulia was narrating the story, Vittoria started laughing.
"That serves you right!"
"Seriously, that serves you right. He's married now!" Carmela said,
"I don't care," Giulia said, crossing her arms over her chest. "I can still have him if I want him."
"Someone needs to slap you to reset your brain!" Vittoria said, rolling her eyes.
"But seriously, Giulia," Marianna. "You need to know your place now. He's married, and you're just one of his employees. You're not special to him anymore."
"You're just a tool, one of his mobsters," Vittoria said, shaking her head. "You're not his sex toy anymore, and you're definitely not special to him."
"Oh, you still think you're special to him?" Carmela said, "Gosh, I'm sorry, but you're not anymore."
"I don't think that's true," Giulia said, shaking her head. "I can see that Alessandro doesn't love his wife. And he is not into flat girl, you know. I'm special. He just hasn't realized it yet."
"You're not him, and you can't know what's in his heart," Vittoria said "I'm not trying to be mean, but I think you need to focus on improving your fighting skills and forget about Alessandro."
"You're never going to win him over like this," Carmela added.
"But how am I going to him over?" Giulia asked,
"Forget about him," Carmela whispered in her ear.
"Paola, you're not even contributing to this conversation!" Vittoria said, her voice rising.
"I'm going to train," Paola said, leaving the room without another word.
Marianna looked at the others, wondering what had just happened. "What's up with her?" she asked.

Alessandro entered his father's study, his heart beating a little faster than normal."You sent for me?" he asked.
"You bastard!" Fabrizio yelled, his face red with anger. "You failed to marry Rosalba, and you have not given me a grandchild yet!"
"But we've only been married for a short time," Alessandro said,
"That's no excuse!" Fabrizio said, slamming his fist down on the desk.
"So, what is it that you want?"
"What I want right now is a Grandchild, I don't care what you have to do, but you have three months to provide me with a grandchild or your mother will pay the price."
"Don't you dare use my mother to threaten me again!" Alessandro yelled,
"And don't you dare raise your voice at me again, you son of a gun!"
"Don't you ever get tired of using your own wife to threaten your son?"
"I don't care,"
"I promise, I will find my mother, wherever you are hiding her, And I will kill you one day."
Fabrizio smirked. "Let's see who will win then."
As Alessandro left Fabrizio's study, he ran into Maria.
"Oh, poor boy," she said, a note of pity in her voice."Like mother, like son," she continued. "You're just as much trouble as your mother."
"Watch your tongue, woman," Alessandro said,
"Or what?" Maria said,
"Then I'll be left with no choice but to kill you and feed you to the animals," Alessandro said, He turned on his heel and walked away, leaving Maria standing there.
"That bastard!" Maria exclaimed, her hand tightening around the glass in her hand. She didn't mean to, but the glass shattered, the pieces cutting into her palm.
Maria let out a yelp of pain and dropped the glass to the floor. Blood was pouring from her hand, but she couldn't bring herself to care.
★★★"Boss!" Giovanni exclaimed as he burst into Massimo's room, not bothering to knock.
"Out!" Massimo yelled, pointing to the door. The girl in his bed quickly gathered her things and hurried out of the room.
"What is it?" Massimo asked, his voice impatient.
"Alessandro caught Michele," Giovanni said, his words coming out in a rush.
"What?!" Massimo exclaimed, his face turning red with anger. "He what?!"
"Yes, boss," Giovanni said, his voice trembling. "He placed a tracking and listening device on him."
"That bastard!" Massimo said, his fists clenched at his sides. "Make sure Michele keeps his mouth shut."

Chiara was sitting impatiently, her foot tapping against the floor. When Alessandro entered the room, she stood up immediately."Where have you been?" she asked, her voice sharp.
"What?" Alessandro said, looking confused.
"You were gone for hours," Chiara said. "Where did you go?"
"I don't need to explain myself to you, This marriage is based on a contract, so I can come and go as I please."
"I know," she said, her voice barely a whisper. "But it would be nice if you could at least tell me when you're going to be late."
As Alessandro moved closer to her, Chiara instinctively took a step back. But he kept advancing, until he was standing right in front of her. She could feel his breath on her skin, and it made her shiver.
He leaned forward and whispered in her ear, his voice cold and hard. "I don't have to tell you what I'll do, and you don't tell me when to come home."
With that, he turned and walked away, leaving Chiara feeling shaken
Chiara tried to take a deep breath, but it was difficult to catch her breath. She bit her lip
"I'm trying to be friendly, I'm not trying to tell you what to do."

The next morning, Chiara was in the kitchen, setting the table for breakfast. As Alessandro came down the stairs, she rushed to greet him."Good morning, my love!"
But Alessandro just scoffed, his expression cold. "I'm not your 'love',"
"Are you still angry with me?, I made you breakfast."
"What about the maids?,Aren't they supposed to be doing that?"
"I asked them to take the day off, Please, come and try it. I made your favorite."
Alessandro hesitated, his eyes fixed on Chiara's hopeful face. Finally, he nodded and sat down at the table.
Alessandro looked at the food, then at Chiara. She was looking at him with a hopeful expression, her eyes wide and pleading.
He couldn't help but think, "Did she poison the food?" It was a ridiculous thought, but he couldn't shake it. After all, they weren't exactly on the best of terms.
Chiara continued to smile at him, her expression innocent and sweet.
As Alessandro ate the food, he suddenly let out a scream and spat it out, clutching his throat.
"Pepper! Pepper! Get me some water!" he yelled, his eyes watering.
Chiara started to laugh, but quickly stopped when she saw the look on Alessandro's face.
"You can get it yourself," she said, her voice still shaking from laughter.
Alessandro glared at her. "Get me the water now, you bitch!" he yelled, his voice full of rage.
"Humble yourself, or you'll get no water from me, It's payback time for shouting at me yesterday."
And with that, she turned and left the room, leaving Alessandro seething.
"That woman is such a pain!" Alessandro grumbled to himself
