"Here," Chiara said, handing Lucia a glass of water.

"Thank you," Lucia said, taking the glass with trembling hands.

"What are you going to do?" Chiara asked

"I don't know," Lucia said, . "I just don't know."

Chiara reached out and took his hand in hers. "It's going to be okay, We'll figure this out."

Luica looked at her, his eyes brimming with tears. "How?" she asked.

"I'll talk to Alessandro about it," Chiara said

"I thought you two were fighting," Lucia said

"We were, but we're going to sort it out, Why don't you pick up your phone?"

"I don't want to," Lucia said

"Who's calling you?" Chiara asked

"It's Luca, I don't want to talk to him."

"Why not?" Chiara asked

"It's all his fault, He's the reason Lillian burned down my shop."

"It's okay, You can stay with me for a while. I think it's too dangerous for you to go home right now."

"Thank you,"

"Of course," Chiara said, a small smile on her lips. "We're in this together, remember?"

"I know. Thank you for being here for me."

"You're welcome," Chiara said, squeezing her hand.

Lillian sat on her bed, phone in hand, swiping through pictures of wedding dresses.

"I don't like this one," she said, tapping her screen to move on to the next dress.

She continued to scroll through the dresses, rejecting each one after a brief glance.

"This one's too frilly. This one's too boring. This one's too..." She sighed, throwing her phone onto the bed. "I just can't find the right dress."

"Are you really going to go through with this wedding?" Rosalba asked

"Of course, I have an agreement, after all."

"But... are you sure that's what you want?" Rosalba asked, "I mean, you know what will happen if you go through with this."

"I know exactly what I'm doing," she said. "I'm not going to let anything stop me."

"And you burned down Luca's shop?"

"That's right," Lillian said, taking another sip of her wine. "And I'll do it again and again if Luca doesn't stop loving..."

"Do you really think that by doing this, he'll stop loving her?" Rosalba said

"Of course," Lillian said

Rosalba shook her head. "Girl, you're not being wise, If you don't get rid of her completely, he's never going to stop loving her."

Lillian's face darkened. "I know what I'm doing,"

"You don't love what you're doing, You're threatening him to marry you, even though he clearly loves someone else. That's not the right way to do things."

"If that's the case, then I have no choice but to get rid of her from his life, and from this earth, girl you'd better start preparing the funeral clothes, cause you will soon be attending one"

"Of course I'll prepare my clothes," Rosalba said

"Cheers to that," Lillian said, lifting her glass.
