Matteo raised his gun and fired at Maira.

"Matteo!" Maira cried, as she crumpled to the ground.

"I'm sorry,But I had to do it."

Rosalba ran from the room,  Antonia started to follow her, but Luca stopped him

"Let her go," he said.

Luca rushed over to where Bianca was tied up and began to untie her. As soon as she was free, she flung her arms around Luca, holding him tight.

"Are you okay?Are you hurt?"

"I'm fine," Bianca said,

"You need to get out of here,It's not safe."

Luca nodded. "You're right, Let's get out of here."
And he leave along with his mother

Matteo knelt down next to Maira and felt for a pulse. He let out a breath when he felt one, and he carefully picked her up in his arms.

"Sebastiano, what are you talking about?" Alessandro yelled.

"I killed Claire," Sebastiano said

"What?" Massimo said, his eyes wide with shock. "Why would you do that?"

"I killed her for two reasons," Sebastiano said,

"Seb, stop,You can't even hold a gun." Alessandro said, his voice pleading

"I can, And I killed her because she found out that I like you, and because you're close to Massimo."

"what in God name are you talking about" Alessandro asked

"Years ago,Alessandro and I were close friends. But then Massimo arrived, and everything changed. Alessandro and Massimo became close, and I was left behind. I was furious, and I felt betrayed."

Alessandro shook his head, unable to find the words to respond

"I tried to come between them,but it was all in vain. Then I found out that Massimo had a girlfriend. I didn't mean to kill her, but she found out that I loved Alessandro, and she was going to tell him and Massimo. I couldn't let that happen."

Massimo listened in disbelief. He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

"I overheard your conversation with your father," Sebastiano said

"You said you would kill her." Fabrizio said

"I can't, Dad," Alessandro pleaded. "She's my Friend girlfriend."

"I don't care,She's a threat, and she has to go."

"I can't do that,"

"You have to, Or else I'll do it myself."

"But why, Why would you want me to do that?"

"Because she found out about my illegal business," Fabrizio said, his voice rising in anger. "I can't let her tell the world."

"She won't, I promise. I'll make sure she doesn't."

"No, I can't take that chance. I need to know for sure that she won't talk."

"Please, Please don't make me do this."

Fabrizio's grip on Alessandro's neck tightened. "You must kill her,Do you understand?"

Alessandro nodded, tears streaming down his face. "I understand," he said, his voice barely audible.

Fabrizio released him and walked away. As he left,

Sebastiano smirked. "I'll use this to my advantage," he whispered to himself.
