Elena swallowed hard, her throat dry. "I was sent by Massimo Max," Elena said, her voice shaking. "He said he would kill my family unless I stole the company's documents and files. I only have two days to do it."

Massimo said nothing, but the fury was clear on his face. He turned on his heel and stormed out of the hall, his anger palpable.

"Sorry for the interruption," Fabrizio said, "We've just received word that the new CEO of the Fabrizio company is Alessandro Perez, and Matteo Perez is the new director."

"Well, you know the deal," Fabrizio said, his voice smug. "You have two weeks left, and if I don't hear that your wife is pregnant, you'll find out just how ruthless I can be."
