Kayla barged into her cousin's room and said, "Mia! How long are you going to mope because your boyfriend broke up with you?" but then realized she had said something wrong and corrected herself. "Oh, sorry, I forgot that he isn't your boyfriend. Aren't you bored? Let's go out. You have to go out and focus your attention on something else if you want to move on."

"Dramatic much? It's only nine in the morning, and my supposed breakup just happened two days ago. Can't I mope around for at least a few more days or hours?" Mia said without looking at her cousin and keeping her gaze on her phone.

Sitting on the edge of the bed, Kayla looked at her cousin and said, "You can't. You have to start moving on right now. Let's go to the Universal Studios. You haven't been there, right? I'll call Miguel so he can come with us."

Mia just doesn't have the energy to go out and have fun or move on, so she says, "I don't really want to go. You guys can go without me." She motioned for her cousin to leave her room.

Kayla sighed in annoyance. She wanted to scold her cousin, but she just got her heart broken like two days ago, so she has to be patient. "You have to come. We can't leave you alone. What if you suddenly became cray-cray after we left? Who knows what you would do? Instead of being sad over what happened, you should be happy."

Mia furrowed her brows before turning to look at her cousin. "So, you're saying I should be happy that I got rejected by the guy I love?"

"No, what I'm trying to say is, why don't we look at the positive side? The first ever guy that kissed you is the Bad Bunny. When other women don't even stand a chance, you kissed him once. How awesome is that?" Kayla said with a pleased expression on her face.

Mia just sighed. She can't believe this is her cousin's attempt to help her move on or feel better about it. "First of all, it was three times, and second, are you kidding me right now? Are you really trying to cheer me up or make me feel more miserable?"

"Yeaaah, I'm not really good at this. Sorry. Change topic, who are you chatting with? You kept looking at your phone." Mia's phone kept ringing and she would keep typing something, so she wondered who she was talking to or if she was talking to Benito or something.

"No. I made a friend back in PR. He's pretty cool." Mia explained, and Kayla immediately got interested.

With a teasing smile, Kayla said, "Oh, so it's a guy and another Latino. You naughty girl. What's his name?"

Mia cast a sour look at her cousin. "What? Ew! I said he's a friend. What the hell goes to that mind of yours?"

She laughed and said "To be honest, I also don't know. Anyway, what's his name?"

"Raul and he's not Latino. Fil-Am."

"Ooooh. Do you have a picture? Let me see." She moved closer to Mia and watched as her cousin pulled up this Raul guy's Instagram.

Kayla quickly snatched up Mia's phone and looked through his other photos. "Oh my gosh. I didn't expect your Raul to be my high school classmate Raul." she exclaimed.

Mia asked, "You know him?" with interest.

Kayla gave a nod. "Yeah. He literally lives 3 blocks away from us. Well, his parents do. I don't know if he moved out or not. I haven't seen him in a long time."

"Are you two close?"

"We used to hang out back in high school. You should definitely invite him to come with us. Is he in L.A?" Kayla returns the phone to her cousin.

"I don't know. Let me ask him." Mia texted Raul to find out where he was at the moment, and she immediately got a reply.

"What did he say?"
