It's already late afternoon and here I am standing at a bus stop near a small park, waiting for my best friend, with whom I have arranged to meet.

I look nervously at my wristwatch and clutch the letter in my right hand. I've been waiting for a quarter of an hour, even though I wasn't supposed to meet her for another five minutes.

It's been holidays for a week and YN, my friend's name, is still going on vacation with her parents today.

The sky slowly turns into a beautiful orange tone, the chirping of the birds sitting in the trees of the park decreases and you can see parents and their children leaving the park and probably going home.

Suddenly I feel my cell phone vibrating in my jacket pocket.

When I turn it on, the first thing I see is a picture of my best friend and me set as wallpaper.

A message from YN appears on the screen,

YN:

Are you waiting for the bus or why do you always look at the clock.

You know at this time of the day there is no one coming ;)

Immediately I look around and discover YN on the other side of the street who waves to me with a joyful laugh.

"Hey Hobi" she calls while she runs to me across the street. When she reaches me she greets me with a short hug.

"Hey Sunshine" I greet her with a smile, "I thought you guys had already left."

"No, not yet, but unfortunately we don't have much time, my parents just wanted to do some quick shopping, then they'll pick me up right here."

"Oh, that's okay, I just wanted to give you this before you left," I say while holding the letter out to her.

She takes it and is about to open it but I stop her.

"NO, um wait"

she looks at me skeptically and asks,

"You don't have any insects in there do you?" she holds the letter away from her and eyes it.

"No, of course not" I laugh "I just wanted to ask you to read it when I'm not around, so I'm also giving it to you before you go on vacation. I want to give you time to think about it."

"What, like bad news?" she asks, startled, looking at me expectantly.

"No, no. You'll see when you read it."

She is about to retort something when a horn sounds next to us. There is her parents' car a black jeep. Her father in the driver's seat and her mother in the passenger seat.

She rolls down the window and greets us with a smile.

"Hello Hoseok, how nice that we get to see you before we leave, then we can say goodbye."

"Hello Mrs. And Mr. Lee, it's nice to see you too, so I can wish you a nice vacation." I say politely and step a little closer to the car.

"Thank you, my boy." Mr. Lee replies in his deep voice and gives me a smile.

"YN, say goodbye. "he turns to my best friend.

"Bye Hobi, see you in three weeks." she says while hugging me. "Write to me, will you? I want to know everything you're experiencing."

I want to break away from the hug but she holds me tight. "You bet, I'll send you tons of pictures too, you'll see, there will be so many that you won't be able to look at them all until I get back."
