{Genya pov}
Muichiro was on the mission and I was pacing back and forth this night hoping he comes back safe. I don't know why I'm so worried about him he's just my friend right? Tanjiro walked back in the room after training all day. "Genya, you okay? You seem to be pacing back and forth nervously." He said sounding concerned for me.
I stopped in my tracks to look at him. "Yeah, yeah I'm okay just worried for muichiro he's on a mission and I'm hoping he comes back safe. But then what if he gets injured severely I mean they only send hashira if its a serious demon."I said, I could probably talk for hours on end about all the reasons but im pretty sure Tanjiro understands
"He will be okay, I promise" Tanjiro said reassuringly.
That managed to calm me down enough to let me sleep I prayed that when I wake up muichiro would be back or on his way back safely.
