Jaekyung POV
Humming quietly, I find myself frowning lightly as I drag my eyes open, trying to wrap my head around what's going on at the moment. I've got a horrendous headache like I've been hit with a ton of bricks, but the rest of my body is nice and warm, and I'm frowning deeper when my vision isn't immediately clear. I let out a small huff, rolling onto my back as I rub my hands over my face, eyebrows furrowing when I realize I'm not even in my jacket. It's enough to have me fully alert this time, quickly pulling myself to sit up as I look around, confusion flooding me when I find myself in a bed and Yoongi curled up in a chair off in the corner of the room.
"I was beginning to wonder when you were going to wake up. Taeju wasn't lying when he said you've been running yourself ragged lately, huh?" Yoongi's tone is light and soft, small smile on his lips as he watches me. I just pinch my eyes shut at all of this, rubbing my hands over my eyes before looking back over at him in bewilderment.
"I thought I was leaving last night. Why am I here instead?" I question quietly, unsure of whether I want the answer or not. Yoongi hums at this as he nods, setting the book he'd been reading down on his lap with a bookmark in it.
"You did think you were leaving last night, you were pretty adamant about that too. You were barely conscious by the time Taeju came to pick you up. He felt it best for you to just stay the night and get some rest. You've had the bed all to yourself, so don't worry about anything like that. You just cried any and all energy you had out of yourself last night so I brought you up here. Figured you needed the bed more than I did." Yoongi explains calmly, smile no longer anywhere to be found. I groan at all of this, bringing my hands up to rub over my face once more, memories of last night coming back to me, an explanation to the horrible headache I've got.
I don't bother saying anything further, moving to climb out of the bed so that I can get myself out of here. Yoongi stands at this as well, and I freeze as I watch him walk away from the chair he'd been curled up in, watching as he wanders over to the dresser across from the bed and picks up my jacket. I don't move though, not wanting to be too close, not wanting to cause more problems than I have, not wanting to risk getting looped back into staying longer than I already have. My eyes follow his movements as he makes his way over to me, small frown forming on his face when he sees my expression, though he doesn't hesitate in handing over my jacket. I slip it on with ease, not moving yet, waiting for him to put space between us again before I head off to the door.
"There's more that we'd like to talk to you about, by the way, Jae." Yoongi speaks up when I reach the door. It makes me pause, frowning once more as I turn my head back to look over at him in confusion and distaste.
"We've already discussed all there is to discuss. There's nothing more to talk about." I huff before turning back around and walking out of the room. I hear him sigh, soon hearing his footsteps padding along behind me, but I don't think much of it, knowing I'm getting the hell out of here. I'm caught by surprise when I get downstairs though, eyeing the six boys all sat around in the living room warily as I continue on my way towards the door. I don't manage to make it quite as far as I'd like though, freezing when I feel a hand get laid on my shoulder. Reluctantly turning my head back to see who's stopping me this time, I sigh when I find it's my brother.
"Why don't you come take a seat, Jae? There's breakfast for you and we wanted to talk some things over with you." Taehyung murmurs with a small smile, motioning with his head for me to come join them. I roll my eyes at this, turning my head to face forward as my throat grows thick.
"There's nothing more to discuss, Taehyung. You guys don't have to say anything. I got the memo last night." I breathe out, not wanting to have to sit there just to be told that I'm not welcome anymore.
