4.Entering new home

ARHAAN

She was crying all throughout our wedding. During Kanyadaan she was shivering so much. Even during the pheras she was crying so hard that if I hadn't held her from behind she would have lost her balance.

Few minutes ago when I informed her about the bidaai she literally started crying so much that she became breathless. I hadn't seen anyone that way before. Her wanted her to do everything with her whole heart. I talked to her in an extremely soft tone and calmed her down.

After few hours we started to take blessings of all the elders and she stood infront of her father and cried out loudly. It seemed as if she is very much attached to her father and she hugged and cried him for a good amount of time. Even her father was crying a lot. I stood with her all of this time.

She hugged her mother,aunt and di and then her brothers. Her brothers hugged her so tightly and tears kept streaming down their face. I opened the door of the car for her and made her sit on the seat and went on the other side of the car to seat myself.

She was still holding her brother's hand and crying out loudly. I signalled driver to start the car but suddenly she held my hand and while crying she said, "Do minute please bas do minute"(Two minutes please) and I said driver to wait.

My father came and hugged her father reassuring him for his daughter and the driver started the car after few minutes. She was still holding her brother's hand when the car started to run and I pulled her hands back to safeguard her.

She was crying and shivering in the car so I kept my hands on her hands to comfort her but she flinched and took her hand back.

Seeing her reaction I immediately said, "Sorry" and after a pause I said," Roiye mat tabiyet bigar jaegi aapki" (Don't cry,you will fall sick). She heard me but kept on weeping silently.

She opened the zip of her purse and started finding something. I understood she was looking for a handkerchief so I took out from my pocket and forwarded it to her. She looked at me and then took it from my hand after few seconds.

The house was not far from the wedding venue. When we were about to reach home I said to her,"Ghar pahuchne wale hain, aansu poch lijiye relax kijiye ab". On this she hummed once.

When the car stopped my mother came with aarti ki thaali ,put Chandan on our heads, did our aarti and told us to enter the house. She told Jeevika to push the lota filled with chawal with her leg and enter the house. She followed the same.

Mummy told pihu to take jeevika to our room along with her and they went towards the room. I went to check for the preparations of our reception which was tomorrow. I checked that everyone has done the lunch or not.Then I went to check on my WIFE whether she had her lunch or not. I was about to enter the room when my cousins pulled me teasingly saying, "hamari Bhabhi se milna hai toh,ghoosh nikaliye"(If you want to meet our Bhabhi,we want bribe).

I said,"Wow so you guys are trying to bribe your eldest brother" and they replied,"yes our dearest elder brother". I understood that it will be hard to skip them so I asked what they wanted and they demanded ice cream party in the evening and I promised them that and went towards my room.

I opened the door slowly and shut it slowly. I found that she was resting beside pihu who was in a deep sleep.
