16. Shikaara Ride

ARHAAN

We started watching the movie together. We were enjoying the movie and after one hour approximately I felt someone's weight on my shoulders only to find out that Jeevika was sleeping and had put all her body weight on my body.

I felt goosebumps in my body. This was the first time jeevika was so close to me. She was looking beautiful in her sleep. Her silky brown hairs, her chubby cheeks everything looked adorable.

But unknowingly my eyes witnessed something which I shouldn't have done, her deep cleavage. I instantly felt the little mouse inside my pants jumping. I immediately tossed my eyes away from the site. Fuck what did I just saw!!

I decided not to wake her up and shifted her in a comfortable position, her head on the pillow.

Arhaan you need to stop thinking about it. Just sleep.

I placed my head on the pillow beside her and slept in a position in which my back faced her. Soon, I drifted to my dreamland.

-----NEXT MORNING -----

Arhaan.Arhaan wakeup.

My eyes opened to the sweetest voice. I saw that Jeevika was all ready in new pair of clothes. She was wearing a skin fit jeans and white t-shirt. Damn my wife! What revenge does she wanna take from me this early morning? Her curves was clearly visible and she was looking - sexy af.

I immediately drifted my mind from her body and wished her, "Good morning Jeevika".

"Good morning, When will you take me to visit places, you're still sleeping.. please hurry up".

I thought to myself, it was her who wasn't leaving the bed, what got into her this early morning.

I checked the time in my phone. 11:45

I immediately rushed out from the bed. "Why didn't you wake me earlier?", I asked her.

"I too woke up late.I tried to wake you up once but you were deep in your sleep, so I went to get ready but when I returned I found you still sleeping and since then I was yelling your name but you woke up now", saying this she made a pout.

I rushed towards the washroom, freshened up myself in a rush and returned back to the room.

"Did you had your breakfast?"

She shook her head to a no still looking down into her phone.

"Come on, lets go we'll have our breakfast outside today", I said to which she kept her phone in her pocket, wore her leather jacket and headed outside. I locked our room, we came downstairs and headed towards our first destination.

We reached our first destination, Dal Lake. It was beautiful and large, surrounded by mountains on all side. We took some photos and then headed to have our breakfast first. We were having our breakfast when I asked Jeevika whether she wants to go on a shikara ride or not. She shook her head to no.

I couldn't understand why? "Why, didn't you like the place?"

"No, Aisa nahi hai, just that am- .. afraid of boat rides", she answered hesitantly.

"Aur kin kin cheezon se darr lagta h aapko jeevika?", I asked with a teasing smile on my face. (What other things are you afraid of,Jeevika?)

"Don't tease me naa",she said.

"Comeon you will enjoy,trust me",I said trying to pacify her. I really wanted to experience this with her but she wasn't ready.

"I assure you darr nahi lagega aapko, darr kis baat ka, humare rehte kuch nahi hosakta hai aapko",I said looking into her eyes. (you will not feel afraid, what are you afraid of, nothing can happen to you when I'm with you).

She immediately turned her eyes to look away. "Please?", I asked for the last time.

"Okay", she replied still looking away.

We finished our breakfast and headed to experience our Shikara ride. I extended my hand and helped Jeevika to settle on the boat. She looked nervous when the sailor started sailing the boat.

I looked into her eyes and assured her that she will be safe. After few minutes she became comfortable and we started talking about the place and its beauty. Then I clicked her pictures and she too clicked mine. We really enjoyed the ride and she looked happy in real.

I wanted to see her happy like this very moment always. I wanted to bring all the happiness of the world right under her feet. I want to take away all her fears from her life. I don't know how much time she will take to accept me as her husband. but am ready to wait for her till eternity. I just want her to smile and live her life happily.

After two hours of Shikaara ride, we also visited Mughal gardens and then local markets of Srinagar.

I bought a beautiful black colour shawl for her which she liked. We also bought three more shawls, one for my mother and two for her mother and aunt. She also bought some traditional Kashmiri earrings which looked perfect on her and then we headed towards our hotel.

It was already dinner time. So we went to hotel's dining area which was under the open sky. The weather was romantic as well as the setting but sarcastically my wife wasn't.

We finished our dinner and went back to our room. We changed into fresh comfortable clothes and shifted to bed.

"Kal jaldi uth jaenge na aap?", she asked trying to tease me.

"Aapse bhi jaldi uth jaenge aap dekhti reh jaengi", I teased her back.

"Chaliye soiye ab thakk gayi hongi aap bhi"

It feels so good to hear my name from her mouth.

"Good night Jeevika".
