Things getting harder for Namjoon now. He is almost groaning in pain inside caused by manifestation on his uncertain future relationship with Jungkook. It is no doubt that he is strongly attracted to his Kook. But is he in love? That is something he always ends up putting a pin on. It feels like he is not even ready to hear his inner self out.

High school has been a dream for most of the teenagers. But introverts like Yoongi being too excited, raised suspicion in his best friend's head. It was the first day of their high school.

"We are finally in high school! Thanks to the almighty for this!"
"You imposter! Where did you hide my best friend?"
"What??"
"Clearly, you are not Yoongi! At least not the one I knew as my best friend."

Yoongi scoffed at Namjoon's remarks. Well, he's not wrong though, Yoongi was not sounding like himself. He is not the one to make a friend randomly, he's not interested in girls either.

"There!" He pointed out with his index finger and Namjoon followed the direction. What he saw, almost made his jaw fall on the floor.

"Are you serious????" Yoongi nodded with a smug.
"Isn't he-" "Seokjin. The Kim Seokjin. Well, you can say your future brother in law too."

Kim Seokjin has been Yoongi's crush since middle school but he kept the crush secret from Namjoon as he didn't want to be made fun of. Yoongi is a grumpy introvert, being in love is somewhat he feel contradicts his personality, so he decided to keep his crush secret. But, now he is confident being in high school and vowed to express his feelings to the dashing senior.

"Bro you are unbelievable!!" Namjoon was shocked to the core to see the desperation in Yoongi's cat eyes.

"So he's the reason why you were all excited about high school!"
"Off course!! Do you think I'll be excited to study like you do? Huh!! Just wait and watch how I win the heart of that work of art. And don't look with all thirsty eyes at your future brother in law."

Now Namjoon couldn't stop but let out a loud laugh at the ultra over confidence of his best friend which annoyed Yoongi.

"Laugh all you want, I'll prove my love for Seokjin." This just raised the intensity of Namjoon's laugh.
"Bro he is a senior. I'm pretty sure he's got a boyfriend or girlfriend. Look at him! Everyone's drooling over him. You really think he's still single?"
"Oh hello brother! You don't know the power of your best friend. I'm not going to jump into the pool without knowing how deep it is."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Namjoon frowned.

"Age 17, hobby painting and watching k-drama, happily gay just like me, single but not ready to mingle- all necessary information are already documented in this cool intelligent mind." Yoongi said poking his own head with a smirk.

"Wow! Just wow! We've been friends for more than two years now and I just got to know about crush now?"
"Sorry Joon, I didn't know how to tell you. And you have been so frustrated with the whole Jungkook matter, so I decided not to upstage you."

"Well, thanks for being considerate Yoongi. Coming back to Seokjin, if he is not ready to mingle then how come you be this over excited?"
"Oh come on! He cannot just ignore my charm once I start taking the effort."

Namjoon looked once again at Seokjin who was taking out some books from his assigned locker and then at his own lovesick best friend. Maybe their match won't be so bad.
