Namjoon doesn't realise that his Kook is not a child anymore. He will turn 14 next month. He still thinks of Jungkook as a sweet and kind kid with a pure heart filled with innocence. On the other hand, Jungkook being in his early teens, is now facing a lot of changes in himself. This stage of adolescence has taught him a lot of things. Being an introvert, he confides everything to himself.

"Kook, here is your parcel. I bet it's from Joon." Seong said with a smile.
"Thanks eomma! You can keep it on the table, I'll open it later."
"Hey!! There might be cookies from unnie. Just open it now." Seong waits for her unnie, Sana's delicious treats just like her son.
"Ok eomma." Jungkook said giggling at his mother's childish behaviour.

"So, he mostly writes to you these days, but what happened to the daily phone calls? You don't want to talk about him much these days."

Jungkook would share about Namjoon's letters to Seong, but nowadays he tries to avoid talking about the elder boy. To Seong, the relationship between the two boys seemed very normal brotherly bond. But, recently she's been observing some changes in her son's behaviour. He would rarely talk to Namjoon over phone, or Namjoon wouldn't call as much as he used to as if they are becoming distant now, he would deliberately bring the an out of the topic subject while Seong would ask about Namjoon. The parcels would mostly contain food packed by Sana, and some times the letters but no chocolate or freshly plucked flowers. She was not quite happy about this as she was aware of the fact how caring Namjoon is towards Jungkook, how he helped him in studies as well as coping with the domestic chaos during their time in Daejoon.

"Yes eomma, he writes about Sana eomoni, Min-soo uncle, Yoongi hyung, Seokjin hyung. And, he calls rarely because he is really busy with his studies." Jungkook didn't lie, this was Namjoon told him for not calling daily.
"Doesn't he write about himself?"

That question actually hit Jungkook. Unknowingly, he is being distant with Namjoon emotionally. He hardly remembers anything that the mentioned boy told about himself. Health and daily life are fine. But what about his personal life. Does he have anyone special? They have never really talked about this.

"He does eomma. He is doing good in classes."
"That's great! He is always so nice and kind to you, Kook. That kid is really matured for his age. You should never break your friendship."
"I won't eomma." Jungkook replied with a forceful smile on lips.

Why do I always feel so sad when I think about you hyung?
Why don't you call everyday like you used to?
Why don't you write to me every week like you used to?
Why can't you visit me?
Why do I miss your touch so much?
What is this feeling?

Jungkook's mind was clouded with confusion, curiosity and anger. Confusion about his feelings for the elder, curiosity of the elder's feelings, does he feel the same way or he is just a good friend, anger on the long distance due to which he cannot see or meet Namjoon.

The bento box was placed on the cafeteria table harshly and the emitted loud sound brought a 17 years old boy out of his imaginary world.

"Oh god! Again you're taking out your grudge on the poor bento box and the table?"
"I just can't imagine that fucker would do this!"
"Relax Yoongi! I think you have scared him enough. He won't dare to bother hyung anymore."
"I hope you are right Joon, else the fucker will beg to go hell than face me."
"What's his name again?"
"Ju-won. Why?"
"Nothing, just asking."
"I wish I was born a year before, then I would have gone to college with my Jinnie and no one could mess with him."
"Well, don't worry, Seokjin hyung might look very soft but his personality is quite tough. He is sassy and intelligent, I'm sure he would do just fine, bro."
"Thanks bro! But still, that Ju-won tried three times to get Jinnie's attention and when he didn't, he tried to touch my boyfriend." The 'my' words was emphasised in Yoongi's statement.
