Chapter 14

I woke up to an big blow to the head.
"Ow!" I yelled as I woke up startled.
"Wake up." Darin said as he sat down in a chair in front of me .
I let out an annoyed sigh.
"What is it ?" I said.
"I'll ask the questions." He said.
I let out another sigh.
"When exactly did you meet Kathryn ?" He asked.
I narrowed my eyes at him and squinted.
"What?"
He rolled his eyes and sighed.
"When did you meet Kathryn?" He asked again annoyed.
"Why Does it matter?"I asked .
"Jest answer the question." He said strongly.
I looked at him for a minute.
"At school..why?" I questioned .
"What did I say?" He said back.
I shook my head in disgust.
"Do you have something to say?!" He said in my face.
"I-..didn't say anything." I said confused. "Yeah right." He said back.
"ANYWAY-" is said trying to get him back on his stupid game of questions.
He looked at me again.
"How old are you ?" he asked.
I looked at him weird.
"Sixteen-why?" I asked.
He shook his head again and sighed.
"I-" but before he could finish his phone rang.
He pulled it out of his pocket and looked to see who it was.
"-I-Have to go-" he quickly said getting up.
"What?!-what?- what is it ?! Where are you going?! Don't leave me here!"I yelled at him.
"Can't have people knowing your alive." He said smirking as he turned walked towards the door .
Before he went out he looked at me again.
"Oh-and don't waist your breath on screaming..there's nobody around to hear it." He finally said walking out and closing the door behind him.
Jest then I heard a click and I knew he had locked the door.
I let out an helpless and sad sigh.
"how am I suposto get out of here now?" I said out loud to myself looking around.
I saw an small window across the room but I didn't think I could fit.
Besides I would have to get out of this chair first. But how?
I tried really hard to try and break free from the rope but it was no use.
I tried to think of ways to get free but nothing came to mind.
How could I have been so stupid?! It was like pretty much OBVIOUS that I couldn't trust him! And NOW look at me!
It had been at least two hours since Darin had been gone .
And I was starving. I hadn't eaten anything since yesterday morning.
He is so stupid.
If your going to keep someone hostage you mite as well try and keep them alive!
Jest then I felt everything go numb when a thought came to me.
Does my family even know that I'm gone?
A wave of sadness mixed with weak hope came over me.
I'm in the middle of no where-wait...what if I'm not even in the same state!-or country!
I have to reason with Darin.
Ask him a few things myself.
If I don't "behave" I'm going to die here before anybody finds me...If anybody finds me.
