What I would give to have you close,
close the door as the light fades to black.
Come on over just a little closer
there is plenty of time for us to go back.

Your body heat making my blood run faster,
current waves of electricity.
Pulse of my heart goes by like Nascar,
swooned by your chivarly.

Knowing what makes you elated,
as the high kicks in like morphine.
Glad to have waited
as the love surges in pounds of endorphine.

Glad you decided to stay after all
as I tell you to come over.
There is no need for you to stall,
let's give this affair one final closure.
