Rolling in with my emotions,
love-starved I want you alone with me.
Thirsty for your devoted potion,
this poison I inflict on from within me.

Addicted like alcohol in my system,
praying so you never leave.
Glad you showed up and insisted,
you were worth my heart up my sleeve.

Pillowtalk on a sea of maroon,
goosebumps with every kiss.
In the abyss we swoon,
for you are someone hard to resist.

Rushing through my blood like fire,
a sudden shot of dopamine.
A sudden presence coming so dire,
stronger than amphetamine.

Wondering how you taste,
a lip-biting memory of you.
Let's not make haste
because I know you like me too.
