I don't get confused

I don't get drunk

I don't stay up till four in the morning regretting the things I haven't done

I don't remember how life is supposed to sound

I don't remember how to talk without feeling so hollow

I don't get high

I don't smoke anymore

I don't take the wrong pills like before

I don't imagine another life

I don't imagine I was normal

I don't imagine I was kind

I don't imagine I am not the only on left behind

So I don't get high on delusions

And I don't get drunk on emotions

And I don't get high on memories

And I don't get drunk on you

And I don't know what don't is supposed to mean anymore
