I watched aou'tes braid sway as he dragged me through the small forest the island had here. I've seen it but I've never been in it, well from what I recall?

"Who is it?" Aou'te questioned me. He let go of my arm and turned to face me. His yellow eyes pierced my soul with how serious he looked. "What are you talking about aou'te?" I felt my palms sweat from how nervous I was.

His forehead creased "who is your new lover eh? Tell me" his voice was hoarse, it seemed like he wanted to cry. "A new lover? Stop fucking with me right now" I joked trying to lighten the mood. His cold hands snaked around my waist pulling me into his warm body. "I thought you had a new lover and that's why you didn't want to leave" he muttered into my hair.

My throat went dry because in a sense he was right, at first I thought I didn't want to leave because my family was here, but when aonung told me we mated before I lost my memory that's when everything made sense. My soul couldn't bare to leave him despite the fact that my mind sees him as a complete stranger.

I was pulled from my thoughts when I felt Aou'tes lips trailing kisses down my neck. The feeling of his lips on my skin made me nauseous, "Aou'te stop" he pulled away and placed his thumb on my lower lip. His toned muscles on his shoulders twitched a little "I want you ma elei I really do I crave you"

He leaned down to kiss me but I turned my head, "Aou'te seriously stop i- I can't right now" I backed away slowly, but he walked towards me until my back pressed up against a wet tree. He placed a hand onto the spot next to my head while placing the other on my cheek. "You're mine Elei why must you be so difficult?" He groaned before moving his hand down my body until it reached my loin cloth.

I squeezed my eyes shut "I- I am mated with another man" I blurted out quickly making him remove his hands from my body. My eyes fluttered open and I seen him pacing in front of me. "Who is it huh?" He calmly asked. I bit my tongue as tears swelled in my eyes. Aou'te stopped pacing and stared at me "who did you mate with! I swear to you Elei I will cut his heart out!" He shouted shaking from his emotions.

I flinched and sobbed loudly, "stop it Aou'te don't act like this!" I screamed while warm tears streamed down my face. Aou'te walked up and grabbed my throat "who is it Elei tell me now don't protect him" his warm breath brushed against my face. "I- I can't breathe please let me go" I begged scared for my life.

Aou'tes face turned sour "you're lying to me aren't you huh?" He murmured while slamming my head against the tree. Pain radiated through the back of my head so I cried even harder. "We have mated before eywa it is done Aou'te!" I screamed. He let me go and backed away nodding slowly, he dropped to his knees and punched the ground, "tell me who he is Elei? I will kill him easily!"

I slid down the tree until I was sitting on the dirt, "why are you like this Aou'te? I don't understand" I hiccuped trying to slow my breathing.

Aou'te wiped his nose "we made love before you left, if you are with child then we need to return home" as he explained I remembered I never made love with him. But I do remember drinking with him the night before I left. Suddenly I felt sick, I turned away from him and puked. I felt a pair of hands on my lower back so I turned around and kicked wildly, "get away from me Aou'te never come near me again I hate you!"

I had a few drinks so I was weaker than usual, Aou'te pinned my wrist against the forest floor, "I think you are lying about mating with another man" he grunted trying to hold me down. I sobbed uncontrollably feeling trapped. "Let me go please! just go home, go be with another woman I am taken okay?"
