~Kimbriella's P.O.V.~

I gasp a bit as I feel him pierce my neck. After a quick moment of pain, everything fades away to pure euphoria. He draws back, staring at me with a shocked expression. He peeks carefully at my neck, a small smile gracing his face. Suspicious, I make a mental note to look at my neck in a mirror. He scoops me up and stands me up.

Leaning back, he lets out a howl, somehow expressing without words his feeling of happiness. Wanting to see my neck, I grab his hand, practically dragging him to the nearest bathroom and slamming the door behind us. Expecting to see two little, tiny pinpoints where his teeth were in my neck, it's a huge surprise to see the giant black mark the size of a fist on my neck. Horrified, I whip around to slap Ryker in the face. Hopefully he'll have a mark as big as mine. Marching out of the bathroom, I shut the door to my room to see if I can cover this up with some make-up.

~Ryker's P.O.V.~

The thing I had been most nervous about was that it would be painful for her, or somehow not enjoyable. However, as I met her gaze, her beautiful blue orbs were shining with happiness, and...love? She takes my hand and leads me down the hall, into the bathroom. She shuts the door behind us, and I have no idea what she's doing. Did she enjoy it so much that she wants to have a make out session or something? Not that I would complain.

Instead, she gives one look to her gorgeous mark, the symbol that declares her mine, and slaps me in the face with such force that I stumble backwards, my back hitting the wall along with the side of my head, which turned with the force of her slap. Pathetically, I'm happy, because I have a feeling she won't want to talk to me for a while now, and I rather her touch me and hurt me than not get near me at all. Hopefully she won't be too angry that I marked her without her permission... Oops..
