ok so if ya didn't know i love shadow and bone, six of crows, king of scars these three series are known as the grishaverse which is written by the amazing author, leigh bardugo
shadow and bone is a trilogy which follows the story of a 18 year old girl in a fantasy world where there are people with power (gifts) and they are called 'grisha' she turns out to be one of these grisha but she's no orginary grisha (because she's the mc) this girl - alina - is taken to a safe place called the little palace by a very handsome man called the darkling (ben barnes) and he basically teaches her the way it all works. in the little palace, she befriends this amazing girly who deserved so much better and her name is genya blah blah blah oh yeah she also has a best friend who i never liked anyways alina can summon the sun/light while the darkling can summon the shadows/darkness when she finds out some interesting stuff, she tries to escape, trying to fix the tear in the world which is known as the Fold or the Unsea which is just a wall with darkness and creatures called volcra happy ending (with her stupid best friend mal who she loves and he loves her blah blah blah) i've tried not to spoil but i think i kinda failed oh well
six of crows is a duology which follows a gang of six people who are basically all criminals. kaz (kazzle dazzle) = a convict jesper <3 (jes) = a sharpshooter inej (knife wife) = a spy wylan (MY BABY) = a runaway nina (waffles) = a heartrender (grisha) matthias (wolf boy) = a thief they go on heists and it's so fun. the story is told in all their point of views for each chapter warning: the second book destroyed me just read it. if you're gonna read any grishaverse book(s) read six of crows. trust me. you won't regret it. you can even just read the first one. please. i'm begging you. BUT DO NOT STEAL JESPER FROM ME

ok im back NIKOLAI LANDSOV he turns into a shower monster and he and zoya (they need to end up together) set out to like get rid of that darkness which was created by the darkling (hot aka ben barnes) anyways yeah he has smo take his place so that he can slip away without suspicion oh yeah little nikki is king (and he needs to make zoya his queen) ANYUWAYS so yeah ik my friends didn't really enjoy it as much as the others but i think it's good (nothing beats six of crows tho <3)
ok they adapted shadow and bone into a netflix show, it kind of combined both shadow and bone and six of crows (HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT PLEASE WATCH AT LEAST THE FIRST EPISODE) anyways it's such a good show and the way they weaved the story of six of crows into the show is SO well done. please. i'm begging you. watch it. it's the best. and i don't rlly watch shows. but here's the fucking problem. THEY FUCKING CANCELLED THE FUCKING SHOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH MY LIFE NOW? IT HAS NO PURPOSE. NO MEANING. NO MORE WESPER.
