After buying a few ride tickets, we started walking around. Stacy's eyes widened, this was like a mini ghetto Disneyland for her. Holy shit, there were characters, dwarfs! ... Oh wait, they were just regular people.

"What's your name?" Stacy poked Ms. LoVecchio's stomach.

It made her smile, "My name is Mia," she answered and bent over to be at her eye level, "What about yours?"

"Mine is Stacy," she answered with the cutest grin ever. "Your name is pretty," she complimented.

"It really is," I agreed with Stacy. Ms. LoVecchio glanced at me.

"Thank you," she smiled at Stacy. "Your name is cute too," she returned the compliment.

Stacy giggled. Excitedly, she looked in all directions. Excitement grew in her as every mechanical ride caught her eye. Her eyes widened. I chuckled.

"Which one do you want to go on first?" I signaled to all the options.

"There's so many, I don't know!" her eyes were glowing. Ms. LoVecchio laughed as if she found it to be adorable.

She pointed at one. "What about the little train," she suggested.

Stacy nodded, "Yeah, I'll start off with the smaller ones, to get my belly to adjust," she tapped her stomach. Aww, she was so cute.

Even though she was seven, she looked like a five year old. Which would explain why she still wanted to go on the little train. Although, she was a little too big for that now.

"Good idea," I held her hand. Couldn't risk getting her kidnapped.

We stood in line with her. Stacy was too excited and focused on the ride. Her hands held the rail. While waiting, she even started a conversation with other children.

As she was distracted, I spoke to Ms. LoVecchio. "Thank you for helping us, Mia."

"Ms. LoVecchio," she corrected.

"Wow, so it's okay for Stacy to call you by your first name but not me?" I shook my head in disbelief, sighing.

"Well yes because you're my student," a grin crept. Oh, she was teasing me. "Little girl, are you sure that you don't want to get on the train with your little sister?" she joked.

"Ha. Ha. Ha. You're hilarious," I laughed sarcastically. Oh and she thought Stacy was my sister? I was about to clarify but she spoke again.

"Oh stop it," she played along. God, she was gorgeous. Intently, I stared at her. "Riley, you might want to stop staring at me like that," quite nervously, her eyes shifted elsewhere. Yet, I continued staring.

Okay, I seriously needed to distract myself. My eyes shut for a few seconds. Having full control, I looked at her again.

"Do you really want me to call you Ms. LoVecchio so everyone could hear?" I smirked. "Fine, if that's what you want, then I can't argue with a teacher," pressure was added. People were around with many children, I'm sure they would be concerned if they found out. She looked around herself, then gave me a look as if demanding for me to shut up.

"Okay you win," she muttered through her teeth. Uh huh, I knew I would. "Just this once," she wanted to make it very clear. As if I actually understood, I nodded. Just for her own sake. Didn't want to stress her out more.

With a grin, I shrugged, "Of course." She gave me a warning look. "Whatever you say," I assured. God, she needed to loosen up and enjoy this wonderful night. The carnival lights were giving off a really cool effect. Definitely worth a tumblr photo.
