Father was unreasonable! How in the world could he date such a woman who only cared about his money? That woman came from the streets! Look, I had no problem with the less fortunate but this lady was a gold digger! There was something about her. I just knew it.

Personally, I didn't know the woman and I didn't want to get to know her either. Only had seen her from a distance. Trust me, her stare said it all, she was a witch! Only tried getting my father's attention all to herself. To start off with, it's not like he gave me much of his time anyways. Still, she tried changing things around.

The other day when I was hanging out with friends, I ran into my father and her at the mall. That was the only time when I was close enough. Of course, I pretended that she wasn't even there. Just approached my father to ask for money. From the corner of my eye, I could see her mugging me. Even Angie pointed it out. It had been made clear to her that I didn't like her either. Just like she was giving me dirty looks, I was returning them.

Luckily, my father wasn't forcing me to speak to her. I didn't even know the woman's name. Father didn't speak about her at all. He never even said anything about having a girlfriend. Apparently the relationship didn't mean anything to him then.

As I was jumping into my bed, I felt my phone vibrate in my jean pocket. Took it out and checked. Oh, it was just a facebook notification. Eh, I didn't feel like checking what it was. Instead, I tossed my phone on the bed, by the pillow. Comfortably, my head rested on the fluffy pillow.

How can I get on Ms. LoVecchio's good side? I thought about it. From what I had seen so far, she was a bit feisty. Hmm, it was going to be a challenge but I was not gonna give up. My hands then raised up, as if reaching for the ceiling. Sometimes I was weird like that. Imagined my dreams attached to the ceiling and pretended to be catching them. I know what I'll do tomorrow, I grinned at the idea that came to mind.

My phone vibrated again. Okay well, maybe I did need to check the notification. Effortlessly, I laid on my side and grabbed my phone. Opened the notification. Apparently, someone posted a photo of me. Before clicking on the photo, I looked at the username of the person who posted it.

Karen Moran

Um, I didn't know anyone with that name. Feeling curious about it, I clicked on the photo. My heart started pounding rapidly when I saw the photo. It was one from my own facebook account, of my father and I. Wait, did this person steal the photo from my facebook? What the hell! Is this a joke? I feared.

Wanting to know more about this stranger, I clicked on their page. Their default photo was blurry. Who the fuck posts a blurry picture of themselves as their profile pic? Ugly people, that's who. Wait, I couldn't rant about other people, I shouldn't have been taking my anger out on them.

I went back to the photo. There was a comment, which said That's my boyfriend. The name Karen Moran rang in my head. Wait, was this my father's slut? Oh hell no! Why would she steal my photo and tag me in it? She knew that I didn't like her. Obviously, she was only doing it to mess with me! Wasn't she like forty years old? Why was she behaving like a teenager?

Immediately, I commented on the photo.

Look stranger, I don't know you, so stop stealing my photos!

What a fuckin' bitch. She was lucky that I didn't go off on her. I went to my contacts and dialed my father. As I waited for him to answer, I paced back and forth in my bedroom. Anger was boiling through my veins. My heart was still beating rapidly. I felt a knot in my throat, out of rage.

"Riley?" he finally answered.

"Do you know someone named Karen Moran?" I huffed. Ugh, I couldn't control my anger. There was silence on the other end of the phone. "Dad, do you or do you not?" I questioned, with more attitude.
