Two non blood related brothers Hanagaki Shiro and Ren decided to enroll in Yumenosaki to become an idol. Join them in their journey as they meet new and old friends!
"Yawn..." Ahhh damn. I'm still tired no matter how much I sleep. But I'm not even doing anything. Maybe I'm just depressed. I need to find a way to regain my energy or I will break down sooner or later. So here comes the only soothing time in these hellish days: the lunch break~! I don't even want to see those honored students around school buildings.
Because they keep ordering me around I can never relax there. But luckily they won't bother coming to the 'dirty' warehouse which means it's the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely nap! And for some reason Kazehaya-san has been making delicious meals and desserts for everyone.
Even Shiro-senpai who seemed totally uninterested at first eventually gave in and ate them. That's become something to look forward to every day~! Every non-honored student is struggling with tuition so free food is a blessing. Not to mention it's fun to sit around the table and chat.
For real lunch break is the only comfort I have! A real break~! I really want to practice during my free time but I don't have the energy for it. What is it again? The poor get no break?
No one P.O.V.
"Tatsumi-senpai?" Ren's voice jolted Jun out of his thoughts. He looked up to see Tatsumi in the middle of the entrance. "Kazehaya-san? What are you doing here? You may block someone's way standing in the middle of the entrance like this." Jun said.
"Ah Jun-san, Ren-san. Good afternoon." Tatsumi greeted. "Good afternoon Tatsumi-senpai!" "Good afternoon." Ren and Jun said respectively. "I assume Shiro-san is busy since he's not here?" Tatsumi then asked.
"Yep. He had a job to do for the honoured students even during lunch break. For goodness sake do they think my brother is their servant who has to do their bidding all the time?" Ren said with a sigh. He's pissed his brother is being treated this way.
"Is that so? As always Shiro-san has it tough. In any case you've learned how to greet properly Jun-san. Wonderful. Good boy!" Tatsumi said. "I don't think that's worth complimenting though?" Jun said with a sweatdrop.
"Ah Jun-kun not fair! I want to be complimented by Tatsumi-senpai too!" Ren said. "...What are you? A baby?" Jun asked with a sigh. "Haha. Anyways what is going on here? I can't grasp the situation so I'm hesitating to go inside." Tatsumi said.
"Hm? What do you mean by that? Let me see...Woah?!!" Ren said as he opened the curtains of a bed as one of them were closed. Not just Ren but Jun was also surprised by who is on the bed.

"Aaaahhh...Aaaahhhh...Aaaahhhh..!" "Woah?! What the hell is going on?!" Jun asked. "I have no idea as well. It is quite puzzling. Everyone seems bewildered and is just watching from a distance in fear." Tatsumi said. "No one seems to know what's happening. What a mess." He added.
"S-Should we call for a teacher? But I guess it won't work....Teachers here won't do anything for the non-honored students." Jun said. "Not all our teachers are like that. Though I'm not sure calling a teacher and making a big deal out of this would be a right choice." Tatsumi said.
"We need to consider what would be the best for him---for Himeru-san." He then said confusing Jun and Ren. "Hm? Hi-me-ru?" Ren asked. "Oya? Do you not know? He's apparently one of the top first year honored students and also a popular idol called Himeru." Tatsumi explained.
"Umm...that's his name?" Jun asked. But hold on. I remember back then in the opening ceremony he introduced himself as Tojo Kaname or something. So is this a different person? But he looks exactly like him so I guess not. He then thought.
"Haha. Himeru-san seems to be his stage name. Students in Yumenosaki often use their real names for idol activities but many people have stage names here. To show its acknowledgment of students' role as idols Reimei Academy requires us to address people by their stage name if they have one." Tatsumi said.
"Oh I see. So it's a stage name. Got it." Jun said. "By the way are Jun and Ren your real names?" Tatsumi asked. "Yeah. I didn't think much and enrolled with my real name. Now people make fun of me calling me 'son of a loser' damn it." Jun said with a sigh.
"I don't know who started it but you know bad rumors spread like wildfire." He added. "...Same. Ren is my real name. It's not as bad as Jun-kun but since Nii-san is a model I always got called it's that model's little brother or something." Ren said with a sigh also.
"Indeed. In the strict hierarchy of Reimei Academy those 'facts' against others are the best weapon to gain the upper hand. They're also the only weapon to change the current situation. That's why it has become a common practice. Which is really not good. Not good at all." Tatsumi said with a sigh.
"Things have to change. This world where everyone hurts others for their own gains must be changed." He added resulting in Ren and Jun tilting their heads in confusion. "More importantly everyone seems to be confused, including me. So let me talk to Himeru-san. If he's got some troubles I would like to help him." He then said.
"I mean I think it's better for you to stay out of it. I don't know what's going on but he's been yelling and acting like crazy..." Jun said worried. "We are all like that when we are born into this world. And if you encounter a baby the most natural thing is to reach out and hug them. I'm just trying to do what's natural as a human." Tatsumi said.
...So you think of Himeru-san as a baby? Ren thought with a sweatdrop. "Himeru-san. I will give you what you're looking for." Tatsumi said to Himeru.
