Madison's POV.
"Maddie!" Harry screamed from downstairs, "Come down as soon as you can, you are leaving in less than ten minutes."
"Coming!" I screamed back, getting up from the bed where I had been lying down after I finished packing like, a long while ago, putting my shoes on, grabbing my backpack and my phone, and taking a deep breath. "Here we go," I murmured to myself as I started my way downstairs.
"Atta girl," Harry said smiling at me as soon as I entered the living room, where all of them were. "So, should I explain to her how this is going to go?" He asked, looking at the boys.
"I'll do it," Niall said, getting up from the couch and staring at me with a neutral expression on his face. "In five minutes, the lights will go out and you and me will bolt immediately, through the window in the office, and we'll run to the car, that's parked a few streets over, so no one that could be watching will see us get into it and leave," he explained to me, "meanwhile, the boys will start screaming, making loud noises, like something is going on in here so the focus stays in the house."
"And why can't no one see us leave?" I asked, looking at him. "I mean, right now there are only men from my father's gang or whatever securing the house, right? No Jason in sight."
"That's the thing," Liam said, "We think there's a mole who's working for Jason, betraying us and your father, so everyone has to think, apart from us, your father, and some men he has personally chosen, that you are still in here."
"Great, more danger," I said, rolling my eyes. "So, when will the rest of you come? Where is the new location? Didn't you say it isn't ready yet?"
"You ask so many questions," Niall said, making Louis cough loudly as he looked at Niall with a murderous look.
"You don't need to worry about that Maddie," Louis said, his facial expression softening as he looked at me, half smiling. "You are going to be safe, and we will reunite with the both of you in two days, maybe one, okay? Just... do what Niall says."
"As if that's not hard," I said without thinking, a snort coming from Harry, who quickly clapped his mouth so he wouldn't laugh, and I smirked.
"Alright," Zayn said, looking at his watch. "Show's starting."
Suddenly, the lights went out, leaving us in complete darkness as it was already dark outside. I looked at Niall and he looked at me, nodding and walking towards the office, and I followed him, looking back at the boys before entering the room.
"It'll be fine," Louis said, "Go."
I sighed as Niall grabbed my arm, pulling me into the room and rushing to the window, opening it and stepping to the side.
"Go on, princess, I'll be right behind you." He said, and I nodded, making my way out of the house and trembling as the cold wind hit me right in the face.
Niall stepped out not a minute after I did, taking my hand and looking at me dead in the eye, darkness surrounding us except the lights the lampposts gave.
"And now," he whispered, tightening his grip on my hand, "We run."
Niall's POV.
After running for no longer than five minutes, Madison and I reached the car, and I quickly took the key out, pressed the button and opened it, the both of us getting inside in a flash. I sighed as I turned the car on and started driving, following the directions on my phone without muttering a word, mine and Madison's heavy breaths filling the silence.
"Where are we going?" She spoke after twenty minutes.
"I have no idea, I'm just going to the address they sent me," I replied, not taking my eyes off the road.
