Niall's POV.
When Harry came into the living room and cut me off, I went straight into the kitchen where the rest of the guys were and sat on one of the stools, waiting for one of them to start lecturing me about the way I just spoke to Madison.
"You know she suffers from an anxiety disorder, right?" Liam said. Here we go. "Look Horan, I damn well know you hate when people disrespect you or whatever, but you have to stop for a minute and think before getting all mad. She's scared, she has the right to be; we just told her that she's kidnapped for God's sakes!"
"You have to remember that she's not a random girl Niall, you can't lay your hand near her if they don't tell us to do so." Zayn added, making me roll my eyes. "Let me repeat that, you can't lay your hand in any girl, not Madison neither any other girl. You have to control yourself."
"You both don't have any idea of how much I hate when you try and lecture me, talking to me like I'm an idiot." I groaned looking at them. "And y'all know I don't hit women, I was just trying to scare her."
"Well, if you didn't act like an idiot, we wouldn't have a reason to lecture you, you know?" Louis said. "Now, promise you are gonna try and treat her well, respectfully at least."
"Yeah, whatever, now let's make the call, I'm so done with this mission already." I mumbled while getting up and going to the living room, where I saw Harry standing at the backyard door, looking at Madison, who was sitting in a bench with her eyes closed, the wind making some loose hairs he had out of the ponytail move. "Well Harry, aren't you gonna ask the princess if she wants something to drink?"
"Niall you are an ass, for real." He said without looking at me. "She is the victim in all of this, and we don't have to treat her bad unless his dad makes us or the boss tell us to, so chill out."
"Let's give her a moment to calm down, as she told us earlier Robert will notice if something is off." Liam said while sitting down on the couch and taking his pack of cigarettes out, passing one to me.
We stayed there for a while, smoking and listening to some bad jokes Harry told, until Madison appeared through the backyard door with something in her hand, making me chuckle.
"Don't be stupid princess, you can't take all of us down with a brick." I said while looking at her.
She sighed and went right to Harry, looking at him and giving the brick to him.
"Someone just threw this into the backyard, I didn't see who it was but there's a note sticked to it. I guess is for you." She spoke, looking around at all of us.
Harry nodded and took the note out of the brick, reading it quickly and passing it to Liam without changing his serious look, which just gave away that the note was something bad.
Once Liam read the note, he passed it to Zayn, who passed it to Louis, who finally passed it to me. Once I read it, I stocked it into my pocket, running my hands through my hair and looking at the guys. I knew this girl was going to give us problems.
"What did it say?" Madison asked, breaking the silence and making all of our eyes look at her. I was going to answer, but I guess Louis saw it and knew that I was not going to be nice, so he cut me off (again).
"Nothing you need to worry about." He said while looking at her. "Just... Go to your room, okay? We will let you know when we are ready to make the call."
Madison took a last glance at all of us, trying to see if she could get some clues out of our faces I guess, but of course she couldn't. Then she sighed and nodded, leaving the room and going up stairs without saying another word. Good girl.
