~The Enchanted Forest (Past)~

I woke up lying on Hook's chest. I shut my eyes, thinking about last night. His lips all over my neck. The weight of his body on mine. How gentle and loving he was. The small sounds he made and how he would tell me how beautiful I was. He made me feel like a different person.

"What are you thinking about, love?" He broke me from my thoughts.

"I didn't know I could feel this good." He chuckled.

"It was my pleasure." Hook looked over at me, very confused. "Why is some of your hair blue?" I looked down, and the bottom half of my hair was blue. I didn't know half of my hair could change color.

"Oh, that...um it's always done this since I was a kid. It changes depending on my mood." He was going to ask more questions. I can feel it coming.

"Do you have magic?" I shook my head.

"Not that I know of. It's only been my hair that changes. My parents never told me anything." He ran his hand through his hair. I could tell there was still some disbelief in him, but he didn't press the matter.

"Like I said. Unique." I blushed and pulled him to me. Wanting more of him. He kissed back, and that's what we did for what felt like hours, but it was only minutes when we heard a bunch of commotion up on deck.

"Captain!" Someone shouted. Hook got off the bed and changed quickly. I decided to do the same.

"Stay here, love. I'm sure it's not a big deal." He went up the stairs. I walked towards them to see what was going on, but made sure to stay low. I peered over. It was my mom. This wasn't good.

"Where is she?" My mother demanded.

"You kind of need to be more specific." Hook retorted.

"The girl with the blue eyes." I can't say that didn't hurt. The fact that she never said I was her daughter. Maybe she wanted it that way. Maybe this means that no one really knows the truth. I hope it stays that way.

"Look, I'd have kept my distance if I came across her. I have no interest in getting in bed with that blue-eyed demon." What he said made me angry. I don't know what bothers me more, the fact that he'd hate me if he knew who I was or the fact he calls me unique but can't even put the clues together about who I am. I wasn't paying attention, and I lost my footing. Falling onto the floor with a groan.

"What was that?" I heard her ask. I didn't move. I stayed as quiet as I could.

"Well, we are on a ship on open water. Things can fall sometimes." I could tell he had a smirk on his face. It was a dumb question. My mother sounded annoyed.

"Have you heard or seen anything?" Hook groaned.

"The only thing I've heard are the sounds of a ravishing woman I met at the pub last night. Now, if you don't mind, I'm quite busy."

"If I find out you know anything, I'll take your heart pirate." Then I heard nothing else from her, and I guessed she was gone. I was finally able to breathe. I sat back down on the bed, thinking about leaving. I couldn't let him get hurt because of me. He would think that I baited him.

"I can't stand the Evil Queen." Hook said as he came back down.

"What did she want?" I asked to make it seem like I wasn't listening.

"Just going on about some blue-eyed girl. Nothing that's important or that I'm affiliated with." I resisted the urge the laugh out loud. "You know, since you haven't run for the hills yet, I'd say you're more adapt to danger than you let on." I shrugged.
