I laid under my truck, changing out the bushels that are attached to the sway bar. I used my strength to tighten them, but not over tighten. Once I finished both sides, I laid back on the roller, allowing myself to take a breather and my arms to rest.

"So, this is your true calling?" I heard the familiar accent. A smile grew on my face and I rolled out from under the truck. I sat up and ran over to the man dressed in leather. I wrapped my arms around his neck, while his wrapped around my waist. I heard him make a small groan. "Easy, love. I'm still recovering." He chuckled and pulled back to kiss me. I melted into it. He made my knees weak.

"Sorry, I was going to come by after I finished what I was working on. Seeing as you're already here, just made me even happier." He hugged me once more.

"David said I could find you here. He says you barely left this place. Only to see me." I used my rag to wipe off as much dirt from my hands as I could.

"Yeah, well, there wasn't much to do but wait. The more I focused on anything else, the madder I became, so this was a way to clear my head." I glanced over at my truck. "She needs a lot of work." Hook looked over at my truck, seeing all the damage for the first time.

"How long will it take?" I shrugged.

"Depends on what's wrong with it. It's not starting right now so, that could be a number of things." I walked over to the open hood. I pointed to the battery. "That is where the power comes from. Right now it's leaking because it was punctured. I need a new battery, but I have to figure out what punctured it and prevent that from happening with the new battery." Hook nodded slowly, as if he wasn't understanding. I chuckled.

"This looks complicated."  He commented.

"Not if you know what you're doing." I walked over to grab some cold water. I didn't realize how thirsty I was until I started drinking. Hook stayed where he was. His features changed. He looked sad and hesitant. "What's wrong?" He sighed. Like he wasn't happy I asked that.

"I have to tell you something." He pinched the bridge of his nose. Something he does when he's stressed or annoyed.

"Tell me what?"

"It's about Riker." I narrowed my eyes at him, confused.

"Who's Riker?"

"What?" Hook said quickly. "What do you mean? He's like a little brother to you." I shook my head.

"You mean Henry? Henry is my little brother." I stood there with my arms crossed. "What are you going on about?"

"You don't remember him? The little boy whose father we agreed to help save. You saved the boy's life when we were in the enchanted forest, how do you not remember?" He questioned me. I could tell he was getting aggravated.

"That makes no sense. We weren't in the enchanted forest. At least not months before the curse struck." I argued.

"Yes we were. After we met Riker, we decided to stay there."

"Look, I don't know any Riker. Are you sure you aren't confusing one of your adventures?" He shook his head adamantly.

"What's the last thing you remember? Before the curse struck?" I closed my eyes and thought for a moment.

"I remember the weeks after we got that letter from Pan. The nightmares. Then the curse hit."

"Bloody hell. Someone really did a number on you." He paused for a moment. "It seems like someone took away your memories of those last few months." I suddenly felt uneasy. Someone went out of their way to do this. I have my suspicions, but I'm not positive. Hook pulled me in for a hug. "We'll figure it out, love. We have people we can ask."
