I got out of bed with a sigh. It had been impossible to sleep after seeing those messages that Seungmin got last night. Something about that person calling him Minnie made me angry. I thought I'd been the only person that ever called him that. Seungmin was very particular about that nickname. He only let the people closest to him call him that. Even with the members, I was the only that called him that and he didn't get uncomfortable. It was like a switch in his head flipped when he heard that word. I was the only one that he was okay with doing it. That person seemed to know him well. That fact alone pissed me off. Maybe I sounded possessive but I was pissed. I glimpsed at Seungmin. His eyes were closed still and his lips were slightly parted. I liked the way he could tell when I got out of bed. He always sprawled out as if he was trying to find me. I don't even think he realized it. I think he just did it subconsciously. He looked so beautiful. I couldn't help but smile at him. Sometimes I hated myself for almost losing him. I looked away when he started moving around. I heard him sit up and get off the bed. A smile appeared on my face when I felt him wrap his arms around my neck. I didn't want him to know I was upset. It wasn't his fault and there was no reason to worry him.

"Hyung, what are you thinking about so intensely? You're so tense." He pressed kisses to my neck lightly. I chuckled and pulled him into my lap.

"Nothing particular, love. Did you sleep okay?" He frowned, knowing that I was trying to change the topic.

"I did but you didn't. I felt you move around all night. Seriously, what's wrong?" I looked away for a moment. I knew I wasn't getting out of this conversation. He could read me like a book. There was no use hiding it.

"Those messages you got last night." His brow was raised when I looked back at him.

"What about them?"

"I'm the only person that you allow to call you Minnie. Who would be close enough to you to say that?" He looked down at my hands and started playing with my fingers.

"I have a suspicion that it's someone from my past." I tensed again at his words.

"Someone from your past?" He nodded.

"You know I don't remember much from my childhood but I do know that I've hated that nickname for a long time. Only someone who knew me when I was young would call me that. Everyone around me now, including the fans knows I hate it. So, it has to be someone from that time in my life. What I can't figure out is what I did or who I did it to."

"Have you blocked out your childhood on purpose?" He looked up at me again and shook his head.

"I didn't. The doctors told me it was because of the trauma I got when my dad died. I didn't see him die but I found him. I actually became mute for a few years when all of that happened. I don't clearly remember when my voice came back but I know it was a bit before I met you and the guys." For him to have gone mute, that means a lot of stuff happened. I was sure it had something to do with his dad but I had a feeling it was the scar on his chest too. I pressed my hand to his chest and slid my fingers across the scar.

"I think it could have something to do with this too." He frowned.

"But why now? After all these years, why is this person coming after me now?"

"I don't know, baby but we should get out of here and go home." He sighed and nodded.

"We should. We need to figure all of this out, though. If it has to do with my dad and my scar, we need to put an end to it fast." We got ready to go home then. He was quiet for the entire car ride. I knew he was trying to remember but I also knew that as fragile as he was, he probably didn't need to. When we got back home, the door was slightly ajar. He pressed his lips together and looked at me.

"Baby, call our manager. I'm going to take a look." His frown deepened.

"Please be careful." I nodded and pressed a kiss to his forehead before walking in. Nothing seemed out of place till I walked into our bedroom. There was only a picture missing. It was one of him and me the night I proposed. I raised a brow. Why would someone want that? There was three thousand dollars worth of recording equipment in my office. Why the hell a picture? I looked around a moment longer before going back to Seungmin. Our manager was beside him with worried eyes. He looked up when he saw me.

"There's only one thing missing." He raised a brow.

"Your equipment?" I motioned them to go in while I answered.

"No. It was a picture from our bedroom. One of us from the night I proposed to Seungmin. All of my equipment is there."

"Why would they leave your expensive ass equipment but take a worthless picture?" He asked. Seungmin looked up at me for only a moment before he collapsed.
