*ERIBORN STEELWORKS*
Picking up where we left off.
The only light we see is from the bright moon as it spills through the filthy, broken windows. The rays of moonlight shine on the stairs leading to the basement. It's quiet. Too quiet.
Billy: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!
Just then, Billy Hargrove screams, grabbing the frame of the stairwell door, pulling himself up. Then, he breaks free from the fleshy tentacle which pulled him downstairs only moments ago.
He escapes the abandoned factory, heading to his Camaro. Billy speeds away; leaving a trail of dust in his wake.
*CORNWALLIS ROAD*
Billy pulls over to a telephone booth. He dashes frantically from his car to the booth. He dials 9-1-1. On the second ring, the female operator picks up.
Operator: (phone) Nine-one-one, what's your emergency?
*FLASHBACK*
We see Billy getting pulled into the factory, and down the stairs. In the basement, Billy screams as blood and goo-soaked rats attack him. Then, the fleshy tentacle widens and then clamps to Billy's face.
*UPSIDE DOWN CORNWALLIS ROAD*
The light inside the booth flickers.
Operator: (phone) Is someone there? Hello?
The light goes out, the phone goes dead. Billy hangs up the receiver and then steps outside the booth.
Billy: What the...
He sees something off in the distance. White particles float in the air. Billy steps onto the road. Through thick fog, Billy sees a silhouetted group of people, around 12-15, male, female, of various ages. They are shuffling forward.
Billy: What do you want?
He cautiously walks toward the crowd.
Billy: Hey! I said what do you want?
The group keeps shuffling towards him.
Billy: (angry) I said. What. Do. You. Want?
Thunderclaps. Red lightning crackles in the dark sky of the Upside Down. The group halts their march. A lone figure emerges from the silhouetted group and approaches Billy.
The figure steps into the light. Billy is shocked as he stares into the face of an identical version of him.
*HOPPER'S CABIN*
You are sitting on the porch. You are waiting for El as she would always see you first thing in the morning. You play with your powers a bit as you get bored and tired of waiting so you go inside the cabin.
Zero: She's probably running late or sick.
You go over to the telephone on the wall. Hopper is in the kitchen preparing breakfast. You are dialing the number.
Hopper: Is everything okay?
Zero: Yes.
*IVES HOUSEHOLD*
Becky is in the house about to leave as the phone rings.
Becky: Hello, this is the Ives.
Zero: (phone) Hey Ms. Becky, is everything ok?
Becky: Yeah, why do you ask?
Zero: (phone) I was wondering if El was there and if she's alright.
Becky: She's at Mike's the last I heard.
