Kara the Babysitter!

~{Chapter 16}~*This chapter is about when Brainy and Nia go on a "secret mission" out of town and they need someone to keep an eye on Isabel and Noah while they're away for a "week" so who better than one of their best friends to do it! Hint: *Kara aka Supergirl* and she is more than happy😊💓to babysit their kids. I hope you like it, Enjoy!*

After Brainy and Nia grounded Isabel and Noah last night🌃for sneaking out to stop a robbery by themselves. So, They thought💭that someone could watch them since they'll be out of town for a WHOLE "week"😅on a "secret mission"😉that Alex assigned them both. And who better than Kara aka Supergirl to babysit their kids so they won't get into too much trouble? Also, she's the only one who truly understands what it feels like to hide alien power at a young age and not save anyone until later on in life.

*1:00 p.m.*
Kara came earlier since she's gonna be staying over at Brainy and Nia's place to babysit their kids for this week while they're away. As the door🚪 opened it gave a light knock and said💬to Nia when she opened the door. "Hey, Nia. I'm here," Kara said sweetly with a bright smile on her face while holding her bags in the doorway happy to be here. "Thanks so much for coming Kara, we really appreciate it! Come in," Nia replied relieved in a soft voice that she was here to babysit their kids last minute since they'd be out of town for a few days. "Of course, what are friends for?! I'm here for you two when you need me," Kara said with excitement happy to help Brainy and Nia out while letting them both know that she was always there for her two best friends whenever or wherever they needed her. Since she is Supergirl after all! Also, in situations watching Isabel and Noah while they're out of town. She walked inside their apartment while closing the door behind her and placing her bags on the floor to the side out of the way.

*An hour later*
Brainy and Nia were both ready to go out the door🚪... but not before hugging🤗their kids "goodbye" and telling them to be good to Aunt Kara while they're away for the week. Then they went out the door as Kara spoke out. "Don't worry, Isabel and Noah are in good hands! I assure you that," she said softly confident that everything would be "okay" and that they have nothing to worry about. Cause they're kids are perfectly safe with her. No matter what! And when they left Kara looked at them and said💬. "So, who's hungry?!" Kara asked excitedly with a bright✨smile😊on her face. "ME!" Isabel and Noah said in unison jumping up and down with excitement. "Alright, settle down you two... How's pizza sound?" Kara said softly telling them both to calm down while asking Isabel and Noah if they wanted Pizza🍕for lunch. They both thought💭that would be a great idea💡. As Isabel said after cooling her excitement down her brother did the same thing. "Perfect," she said softly. Then, Kara picked up her phone📱called the NC🏙Pizza🍕place that Brainy suggested as she placed an order for a "Pepperoni, Apples🍎, and Olives🫒pizza" to be delivered to the apartment. Which is Isabel and Noah's favorite!

*A week later*
*10:00 a.m.*
On a Monday morning, Brainy and Nia just got back into National🏙City from their "secret mission" being a success✨. And they just couldn't wait to tell their kids about their heroic adventures as Brainiac-5💚🤖and Dreamer💙🌀. As they both were talking💬to each other in the hallway heading towards their apartment. "You think Kara did okay with Isabel and Noah?" Nia asked her husband softly if Kara could handle their kids while they were away. "I'm sure, Nia. You worry too much! Besides, Kara is Supergirl after all so I think everything will be alright." Brainy said softly letting his wife know that there was nothing for her to worry about. And he was right cause when they walked inside they saw their kids with Kara having a good time drinking some hot cocoa that she made for them. "We're home!" Brainy and Nia said in unison announcing to Kara and their kids that they were back home. When Isabel and Noah heard their parent's voices and were so happy that they were finally home and immediately hugged them while saying💬with joy and happiness! "Mom and Dad! You're Home. We missed you so much," Isabel and Noah said in unison. "Aww... Isabel, Noah. We missed you too, but we're home now." Nia said in a soft voice happily to be back home with her kids again while missing them as much as they missed her and Brainy. But did you have a good time with Kara?" Brainy asked out of curiosity. "Yes, she's the best!" Isabel said excitedly looking at Aunt Kara thinking that she was the best "babysitter" that they ever had! Noah felt the same way too. "We're so glad," Brainy replied softly happy to hear that. Nia added. "Say Kara you wouldn't happen to be free on Saturday? would you..." Nia said softly hinting if Kara could babysit their kids again this weekend since her and Brainy were planning on having another one of their date nights. "I'm totally free! I'll do it! Nia," Kara said excitedly to do it again.
