~{Chapter 24}~*This chapter is about when Isabel, Noah Dox, Esme Danvers, and Jacob Jonzz start their own band together for their school's "Battle of the Bands" competition! And literally, because in the future✨*2040* students can use their harmony as a band creating a powerful *vibration blast* of sound/music to knock out their opponents with the combination of alien powers and human technology to push them to the finals! *At NC High School, in the Gym*
*11:00 a.m.*
Isabel, Noah, Esme, and Jacob were in *gym class* playing ultimate "dodgeball" which was created to replace the old game with a high-tech up-speed sport to teach human/alien students to have super fast reflexes. Especially, living in National🏙City when pretty much anything could happen😅. An hour later, they took a break to hydrate in get their energy back after the first round sitting on the floor. "Good afternoon Students and staff, sorry for the interruption but I have an important announcement to make... This year our school *N.C. High* is having our very first "Battle of the Bands" music🎶competition and we'll be looking for candidates for this upcoming event! Stay safe and have a good day," The principal made an important announcement through a hologram that there was going to be a musical competition against other bands at the school this upcoming Saturday in 3 weeks from today. Then, the students in the gym got with their friends and classmates for all those who wanted to be in it to win the prize money and a chance to be on stage to enter the music contest competition! Even the children of the "Superfriends" were determined to enter the competition as well. "We should definitely sign up. And we have the perfect group!" Esme added excitedly as a suggestion in competing for the battle of the bands. "Yeah, we should. I'm in!" Noah replied softly with excitement agreeing with her that they should start their own band and enter the competition. "Same here," Jacob said totally in too. "Me too," Isabel said sweetly wanting to be in the Band as well. Since she was a master at the Piano🎹guitar 🎸and had been taking *Piano lessons* since she was seven😉and wanted to show the whole school what she could do with her musical talent except for singing on stage in front of a million people😅of course because she had "stage fright".

"And I know who would be the perfect candidate for lead singer," Esme said dramatically looking at her bestie "Isabel Dox" knowing that she'd be perfect for the role. "Yeah, she's right. Sis, you'd be "perfect" after all, you rocked it at Al's bar for every karaoke night! You have the voice of a goddess, angel." Noah added in agreement thinking the same thing that his sister would be amazing as the lead singer in their band and an *100%* chance of success to win it Based on his calculations and numbers. Also, to have fun as Friends! Isabel sighed sadly having doubts. "Well, I don't know. I mean... yeah I do have an amazing singing voice but I've never performed in front of an actual audience before." Isabel said nervously feeling self-conscious about performing in front of *thousands of people*. "Come on, Sis, Isabel, remember what Mom and Dad told us "Fear Sucks and sometimes you gotta just kick that fear in the *Ass*** and conquer it! No matter how scary it is... so, don't let fear get in the way of having fun or stop you from doing what you love." Noah said wisely while trying to convince her to face her fear and reminded his sister about what their parents taught them about facing your fear in order to be "truly" free.
"Besides, I believe you. You got this!" he💚added optimistically. She smiled and said. "Alright, fine. I'm in... I'll do it! I'll sing," Isabel answered softly with excitement in her voice changing her mind immediately thanks to her brother's encouraging words. So, she was up to the task of singing in front of people in facing her fear. As her mother said "Sharing our "truth" is what will make us strong! Dawn doesn't come unless "you" want it to. Trying new things can be hard and scary when coming out of your *comfort zone* but sometimes you just need to take a "leap of faith" for your voice to be heard. And you may just have "fun" along the way... it's not the journey of the experience but it's about the people you meet and spend it with." she said to herself. Noah smiled. "That's the spirit! Sis, I knew you had it in "you,"
He said excitedly and knew that his sister would make the right choice in facing her fear. She smiled brightly and said. "Thanks, Noah, I appreciate the kind words and I have the perfect grand finale instead of hologram confetti why not try something more personal and physical form!" Isabel added clever thinking ahead showing her positivity and optimism side that they'll absolutely win/crush and have this competition in the "Electric Power" future slang😅. Lol😂🤣!!
