~{Chapter 29}~*This chapter is about when Brainy💚, Nia💙, Alex💙, Kelly💛, John❤️, and Magann🩷are out having a "double date" to get away from the kids and have a nice *evening* to themselves for once and hang out like they used to😅. however, they feel bad that Kara couldn't join them tonight since she isn't in a relationship or currently dating anyone. So, Nia suggested "speed dating" for her friend to find love❤️again after "Mon-el" and of course, Kara takes her advice and goes but she ends up striking out Because none of those guys she met tonight🌃were worth it! Until she realized that Lena was the "one" for her all along. #Supercorp! I hope you like it, Enjoy!*

*At night🌃, in National🏙City at a restaurant outside*
*7:30 p.m.*
Brainy and Nia are out tonight having dinner with Alex, Kelly, John, and Magann to get away from their kids for once and have a night all to themselves! "CHEERS!" They all said in unison with excitement clanging their wine glasses together in celebrating🎉a "couples' night out" and took a sip of their beer🍻and wine🥂glasses. "It's a shame that Kara couldn't join us tonight," Nia said. "Yeah, she said that she had to work and didn't want to be a "fifth wheel". Alex said the reason why her sister couldn't be here tonight was due to working late at *CatCo* since she's the Editor-in-chief and not being in any romantic relationship with anyone right now in her life. "Why not trying getting her to date someone again?" Nia said softly to wanting Kara to get back in the "dating game" again and not end up alone when the rest of her friends was happy and she's not. So, Nia was only trying to be a good friend in looking out for Kara! "You wanna set her up with someone?" Brainy questioned softly looking at his wife if she was serious about choosing a random guy for Kara to date. "Not a blind date. Brainy, I'm talking about a place where she can meet multiple guys all at once a matter of "ten minutes" each to find true love. Since that something more her speed," Nia said to her husband that was not what he had in mind while suggesting that Kara try *speed dating*😉.

"Speed Dating?" they all questioned loudly at Nia as to what she'd meant by that. "Yeah, exactly. There's an event happening at Al's bar this 'Saturday Night" for all single humans and aliens to participate in finding "love". Nia explained. "Actually that's not a bad idea." Alex said softly completely onboard with Nia's idea of helping Kara get out dating again.

*2 hours later, at Kara's apartment*
*10:30 p.m.*
Nia decided to pay Kara a visit as Brainy went home to check on Isabel and Noah while his wife went to speak with her about dating❤️ again. Then, Nia knocked on the door🚪as Kara let her come in to have a drink and talk💬. Then, they were on the couch talking for a bit while and then Nia finally pooped the question saying... "Hey, Kara how do you feel about Speed dating? And I know that it's been a while since you date. Like a long while but you should at least try and see what happens," Nia asked out of curiosity. "I don't know Nia, speed dating sounds like a bad idea. Besides, not my ideal date." Kara said having doubts and didn't want to meet some guy or find her true love in that kinda way😅. "Come on, Kara, what's the worst that could happen?! Like a supervillain or threat showing up at your date? What are the odds of that happening?... Besides, you're not the only "hero" in town. Me, Brainy, and the others got your back! This is your time girl, You have a life and you need to start living it," Nia said excitedly with optimism trying to convince/push her friend to start dating again. "Alright, Nia, you convinced me. I'll go on Saturday!" Kara said smiling wanting to give it a try. "Great," Nia said excitedly that Kara was going to give this speed-dating thing a chance. She began explaining how it works and giving Kara some pointers on what to do and say when on a date with a guy human or alien. Since it's been a very long time ago when she was last on a "date". Kara sighed hoping that she won't regret this whole "Speed Dating" idea😅. She made a note on her red/blue gold gauntlet typing it quickly in her calendar for this Saturday Night at Al's bar for a speed dating event at *8:00* sharp.

*On Saturday Night, In National🏙️City at Al's bar for Speed dating*
*8:10 p.m.*
Kara wore one of her blue dresses👗in making good first impressions in meeting many guys who could be a potential boyfriend for her... moments later, She met with multiple guys with all the same things for 10 minutes each. But then she realized that no matter how many guys she meets tonight human or alien. None of them are her perfect match, boyfriend, material, or "true love". That's not how love works... you can't just meet someone and talk for 10 minutes and expect to fall in love just like that! You just know it and feel it in your heart to know your "soulmate". Because at that moment Kara knew that she had feelings for someone else who had been right in front of her all along. And they weren't here so, she got up from her seat grabbed her purse👛and then left to meet with that person and tell them exactly how she feels about them deep down inside her heart❤️.

*At Lena's apartment*
*8:15 p.m.*
"Kara, what are you doing here? I thought you be at Al's bar for the *Speed dating* event." Lena asked the obvious question of why Kara was here on the doorstep and assumed that she'd be out on multiple dates with guys trying to find🔎the right guy for her. "It's a long story," Kara said. "Well, then please, come in and tell me all about it." Lena said insisting that she come inside to her apartment to talk about it. "Well, you know it was a start for my "love life" because I don't need to meet lots of guys to find the one for me. Until I realized that I am in love with someone else without knowing it... someone who has been by my side this whole time." Kara said softly glaring at Lena hinting that she was the person who she was talking about. "Wait, me?" Lena questioned in shock that Kara loved her more than a friend and she felt the same way. "Yes, if that's okay with you?" Kara said. "That's wonderful! Kara, cause I'm in love with you too! And I just didn't know how to tell you or put it into words but now I know." Lena said excitedly having feelings of "love" for Kara too as she did for her.
They were both smiling happily in tears and then shared an epic first romantic❤️ "kiss" and pulled in deeper into the kiss of *passion*. After that, they broke their kiss short and opened up a bottle of wine🍾and began to talk about their feelings, likes, and dislikes but that last part they already knew knowing each other for years now. And both found everything that they were looking for in a partner/lover!
