Tanner's POV
We have been tracking her all week. But there was still no sign of Lucy. This is getting very tiring. Me and my men are in wolf form. We have searched our entire territory and hers too. Today we're going into Alpha Carter's territory. Also known as the Cresent Pack. When we entered his territory we went to his pack house to introduce ourselves. We shifted and we put on the extra clothes that we brought. We entered and I saw the most beautiful girl in the world. She had such an amazing scent.
'Mate' my wolf said in my head. She must've noticed me too because she started to blush. She has beautiful iron straight hair and beautiful blue eyes.
"Hi I'm Tanner." I said as I kissed her hand. Sparks flew up and down my body.
"I'm Violet." She said with an angelic voice.
"We're looking for Lucy Perez, do you know where she is?"
"She's at Jane's finest diner." She said.
"Thanks mate." I said as I left and shifted into my chocolate brown wolf. Then we headed to a town. There we saw a sign that said 'Jane's Finest Diner' it looked very cozy and the blue and red open sign flashed on and off. There I saw Lucy. Looks like she is alive. But not for long.

Lucy's POV
When the waiter returned with our drinks , Carter and I were ready to order.
"I'll have the steak with mashed potatoes and rice and my girlfriend will have the same." Carter said.
"Okay your order will be right up." The blond said as she walked away.
"I'll be right back." Carter said as he got up and headed towards the bathroom. Then I heard the door opening but I ignored it. Then a man covered my mouth.
"Come with me and your boyfriend doesn't get hurt." He said. I nodded and I got up. The man left a note, then he grabbed my arm and walked to a black car and he pushed me in. He pushed me with so much force that I hit the door on the other side of the car and I passed out.

Carter's POV
When I came out of the bathroom I saw that Lucy was gone. When I got to the table I found a note. It was written in blue ink. It said:
'It's so easy for the ones you love to leave. You should know. But I must say, revenge is sweet.' My wolf got very angry. I crumpled the paper in my hands. My wolf was furious and my eyes changed from blue to black. The person that kidnapped Lucy knew my past. The past that I promised myself that I would forget.
