Pumasok kami ni Shiloh sa villa. Nasa sofa siya at nagpupunas ng luha. Noong sumulyap siya sa akin, iniwas ko ang tingin at inilapag ang pitsel ng tubig nang mapuno na ang baso.
I walked toward him silently. Inilahad ko iyon sa kanya. Maliit niya akong nginitian at tinanggap iyon.
"Babalik ka pa ba? Your eyes were bloody red. The girls might..." I arched my brow and put my hands in my pocket.
Umiling siya. "Matutulog na ako. Babalik ka pa ba roon?"
The boys were still at the beach, having fun with the fire dance and, of course, the bikini girls. I'm up for those fun things if I am not trying to win a girl's interest. Though I am not yet courting Chloe, who's still a pain in the ass, I don't really like involving myself with another girl while I'm in the middle of a situationship with someone.
Kaya nagtatagal 'yung mga ka fling ko dahil hindi ako agad lumilipat o nakikipaglandian sa iba. I don't have deep issues with my exes either, since I respect the three-month rule, unless we really didn't date.
"Hindi na. I'll just shower and maybe go to bed too."

As I said, I don't like meddling with others problems. I am not the nosy type either, but I could smell what's going on. I knew what was happening. And I...chose to just let them be.
Hindi ko alam kung tanggap ko. Hindi ko rin alam kung ano ang nararamdaman ko. Just like when my parents split up, I couldn't even get mad at my father and confront him. Or comfort my mother. I would...just stay silent and pretend I don't have an idea.
But this case...it's quite unpredictable and shocking. Si Brent ang...baliko? And Shiloh rejected him directly, which tells me he's straight? Sa dalawa eh parang si Shiloh pa...pero si Brent pala?
I've known Brent for years. He's a total fuckboy. Asshole at times. But the fucker is straighter than the ruler. Babae lang ang nagpapasigla kumbaga. And to know that he likes Shiloh made me think he probably got bored with the girls because he has already played for centuries.
Pero baka naman lust lang? Just like my mistake in the summer? Meron namang ganoon. Maybe he has hots for him? At roommate niya rin. Knowing Shiloh is prettier than a woman. He has almost an hourglass body because of his small waist. Singkit. At sobrang kinis. Baka tingin ni Brent may pag-asa siya?
Kasi kahit din naman ako kung babae si Shiloh. Kung babae. Eh itong si Brent, parang natuluyan na yata.
Humiga ako sa sofa at tinitigan ang numero ni Chloe. I should distract my mind.
I pushed the call button while staring at the ceiling. Naririnig ko ang pag ring ngunit hindi niya sinasagot. It's already eleven. I'm not sure if she's still awake or...
Oh shoot! She answered!
Tumikhim ako. "Hello? Are you still up or...I disturbed your sleep?" I whispered and chuckled a little.
I could hear her heavy breath. I really interrupted her sleep. Ngunit hindi pa ako nakakapagsalita, pinatay agad ang tawag.
Nalaglag ang panga ko. I called again. And for the second time, she ended it.
Kumunot ang noo ko. Hindi naman kami nag-away? Pero masungit siya minsan. I could let this girl slip into my hand, but I would rather distract myself tonight than let my mind get filled with thoughts I didn't want to visit.
