In the bustling backstage chaos before Stray Kids’ final world tour concert, Minho found a quiet corner to nervously approach Chan. The hum of excitement surrounded them as they exchanged hurried words about a surprise cover.

Minho: “Chan-hyung, I’ve got a favor to ask for tonight’s show.”
Chan: “Sure, what’s up?”
Minho: “I want to do a cover, something special.”
Chan: “Sounds great! What song?”
Minho: “It’s a secret, but I swear you’ll like it. You okay with that? Don’t worry, I’ve already told the staff.”
Chan: “Umm....Ok. I mean...sure! I don’t see why not!”

The members, scattered around the dressing rooms, were busy with last-minute preparations. Changbin teased Hyunjin about his outfit, while Felix and Jisung debated the best way to hype up the crowd. Amidst all the noise, Minho discreetly pulled Seungmin aside, reminding him of the plan.

As the time neared for their special performance, the backstage excitement increased. The cat-like boy stole glances at the puppy-like boy, finding comfort in their shared excitement and nervousness. The members, oblivious to the secret, exchanged encouraging words and fist bumps.

As the crowd eagerly waited, Chan stepped forward, a bright smile illuminating his face.

Chan: “Dear STAYs, for the last performance we have a special surprise...our very own Lee Know has a surprise cover for us!”

The audience erupted in cheers, and the purplette, standing beside the leader, couldn’t help but grin.

(A/N: Imagine Lee Know has purple hair on the last date, I don’t remember his actual hair color 😭 )

Lee Know: “Well, Chan-hyung, I thought it was about time to switch things up a bit! I hope you all enjoy this as much as I enjoyed preparing it.”

When the stage lights dimmed for the grand finale, Minho and Seungmin exchanged a final reassuring look before the older stepped into the spotlight and the younger went back to the others.

The music starts.
