The Two Past Vet Visit and Meeting Pro-Heroes

She was eleven-years-old when she found Israel as a puppy of eight weeks making her to feel the energy of the Quirk within him as she moves the two lose fence boards and she had got into someone's yard making her to gently walks over to the doghouse and uses the Quirk to remove the house only as she saw a puppy hurt which she picks up.

She had long sleeves on to make it easier as she place the house back and walks away as she can smell the dead puppies who were fighting and killing each other making her to use a small eyeball to see the number and have a clone of herself take a picture of the front which would be used as a report of animal abuse as she went to a vet's clinic.

"Hello?" A nurse saw her with the puppy and got her inside as she saw the state of the puppy (AN: You know Bondi Vet TV show? Well, the next part of this chapter is going to be like that for a bit) and knows it needs help fast as this poor puppy needs treatments fast cause of it's state on injuries making her to ask questions about the puppy.

"This girl just came in with this eight-weeks-old puppy all wounded and she's not looking shocked or sad as if she can't see the injuries since her eyes are pure white meaning she's blind, but knows her puppy is injuried from the painful whines it's releasing and she's staying calm in hopes the puppy would calm down themselves, but it's not working."

"O.K, sweetie. Can you tell me what happen to your puppy?" The nurse asked, but two pictures were giving and the nurse was shocked.

"I asked her what happened and all I get as an answer is two pictures and oh my kami, it's not looking good. The first one shows a house with it's address and the second one, blurry it now. It's dead state puppies all injured in only one way. Fighting."

"Do you know why they were fighting, sweetie?" The nurse asked as this is not looking good.

"I think it's the genes. Some looked... Different like something was trying to activate and it went wrong. I'm not sure." She said as her answer making the nurse to be shocked.

"Oh my kami! When she mentioned something had tried to activate and it went wrong... That means they all each had a Quirk trying to activate and one only survived, but got attacked and didn't fight back making them to leave it thinking it's dead and went after the others. That's not good, but what had stopped this puppy from going through the same thing?"

"Where are your parents, sweetie?" The nurse asked as the child shouldn't have been coming alone.

"Tou-san and onii-chan out looking for me since I got kidnapped and I escaped all by myself. Kaa-san not with us anymore cause of the kidnappers. I heard the puppy whines and followed them before I sort of broke into the yard as the fence has two loose boards and I pushed them aside and went to the doghouse and just took the puppy and came here.

I could smell the dead puppies in the yard and I think they were there for about maybe two or three days. I'm not sure." She answered as this is important for the case.

"The fact that she has  said maybe two or three days, is not a good thing as that's critical."

"Where's the owners?"

"Gone. The parents of the puppies must of died and they're in process of burring them I think. They weren't home." In response to this, the nurse phones police and explains the situation to them about the puppy and the girl. Police arrived and took the two pictures and the girl into forester care until her father and brother are located.

The nurse will do everything to keep the puppy alive until then, but the police got killed making the kidnappers to take her back as she escaped from them once more making her to go to the vet clinic and checks on the puppy making the vet to be happy as the puppy's doing great and  is looking around for her which she nods to as she sensed them.

The energy's heading towards her and she kept long sleeves to make it easier to hold and hug people as she holds the puppy she named Israel making him to bark at the name as she pays for the treatment of the puppy. She ahs a small cloud show up and she pulls four wedges of cash out to pay for the treatments for her puppy as the nurse's shocked by this.

She left and the puppy was never seen again as the case on the owners was pretty bad as they got thrown into prison and will never be able to own animals again. The girl saw an elderly woman and she brought her pet bird to look after it for her as the girl places her into an age home for better treatments that she paid for fully for the next ten years.

Three years went by since then and the elderly woman's doing better as the girl writes to let her know about her bird which brightens up her days as she's doing a good job of looking her baby girl. The girl went to a different vet clinic for the bird only and asked for a full physical check-up to make sure they're in good health and did the same paying as before.

She then felt Officer Tsukauchi who figured out who killed them as Rabbit Hero: Miruko, Turbo Hero: Ingenium, Team Idaten, Onemu Shinya, Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu, BMI Hero: Fat Gum, Killer Whale Hero: Gang Orca, Sea Rescue Hero: Selkie, Sirius, one of Selkie's sidekicks and Fiber Hero: Best Jeanist making the three to be on guard as she can only see their energy from their Quirks.

All of them saw the three on guard for an attack from them making Sirius to realized something and had Selkie use morse code on her fast making him to do so as he explains they're Heroes and a officer making her to blink and slowly get out of her guard stance making them to be happy with this as the girl has calm down thanks to this fully.

"Officer? Which one? Military or Police?" Tsukauchi shows his badge which she can't see making Sirius to have him let her hold it making him to be confused until he felt it being out of his hand and they saw her tracing everything on the badge making them to flinch as she's blind which's why all three were on guard with them as she hands it back and bows to them.

"My apologies for being on guard around you." They accept and asked where her seeing dog is making her to point above her head and the eyeball shows up and then vanish making them to be a bit shocked as she doesn't use it that often unless she needs to see where to write on something or see the board as she's born blind and the eyeball...

"It showed up after a experimental Quirk was forced abound me. Had no choice. They were in every country... With their sponsors being gov, I had to do the same to them plus the shadow ones." She then hears something and created a shield out of clouds as she protects them all making the Villain to flinch as she looks unamused.

That's all before she had snap kicked them in the chine and everyone was shocked as she's fighting a Villain while being blind making them to see a girl who's not going to let her blindness stop her from being a Hero and saving lives as this is going to shock the world once they find out she's blind and fighting Villains which they know is going to be bad for her, but.

"Damn! She needs more training! She'll be the best Hero then!" Miruko shouts as the Villain's knocked out cold from that beaten solely as they realized she's a strong girl and can still fight somehow making them to make a choice and nod to each other.
