Heroes vs Villains and Izumo's Being Bullied?!

Izumo has the timing right as she welcomes Fuyumi in and went to school before going at tonight to help either Miruko, Fat Gum, Gang Orca, Ingenium, Team Idaten, Ryukyu or Selkie with missions on Villains making her to get ride of her Villain Tendency at the same time before helping Tsukauchi with some cases making it easier to keep her tendency under control.

Izumo then started to get bullied by Uraraka, Iida and Ashido making her to hate it as it started on day two which has her annoyed as she did nothing to them and they're just bullying her fully cause she's much more powerful, faster and a quicker learner than them? Plus richer than them? That's gotten to her as it took four days for her to have a class with All Might.

She uses this chance to see how Ashido fights and how she uses her Quirk making it easier on her and get to see what else is special about her making this is to good as she's partnered up with her making this to be perfect as she got a good view of how her Quirk works and get some samples to make the machine to handle it better.

Izumo needs to know this stuff about Ashido for her revenge plans if she even finds the need to use it on her making her to be getting it early to keep an eye on her as she and Ashido were last as Bakugou and Iida won against Uraraka and Hagakure making the girls to feel down about it, but will learn from this.

Todoroki and Shoji won as Todoroki froze the whole building and they won against Ojiro and Jiro making both to not like that as they never got the chance to show making Toshinori to calm them down. Mineta and Asui won as she throw Mineta at the bomb and he used his hair balls to stick their opponent in one spot making Izumo to wonder more about her classmates as this is different.

Izumo's Hero costume was that of the D.Gray-Man Hallow D Gray Man Dgrayman Lenalee Lee 3rd Uniform Cosplay Costume without the wig as she also has a glazer like in Yu-Gi-Oh ZEXAL that she created to call her seven sponsors and let them know the situation is as it has a location finder to have them find her location making her to have everything set up to call for back-up.

Both Kaminari and Izumo are up against Yaoyorozu and Ashido making Izumo to look towards Kaminari as she needs to know what he can do making her to ask after their turn making him to accept as he can't wait making her to wonder what he means as she has a plan and got him to follow it to a 'T' making him to accept.

They managed to get pass Ashido and Kaminari held Yaoyorozu hostage making Ashido to be pissed as she sent some acids at Kaminari, but Yaoyorozu got hit instead and got hurt hurt than Kaminari making Ashido to freeze as she realized she hurt her partner which got Izumo to tag her out and touch the bomb for extra points making them to go outside the building.

"WELL DONE, YOUNG MIDORIYA AND KAMINARI!" Many were shocked as Kaminari followed Izumo's instructions to a 'T' before she asked him to show her what he can do as it seems weird to her about something as if a warning was telling her he was doing something wrong with his Quirk and she was going to listen to it fully.

"Alright! Outpul, one million volts!!-" Izumo had to stop him fast.

"Stop! What are you doing?! One million volts?! No wonder you keep short-circuiting!" Izumo's in shocked why would Kaminari be needing that much voltage for?!

"Kaminari, for what would you ever need one million volts? If your body can't handle it. Your Quirk is not meant to do that. Electricity is useful for so many other things! You could electrocute weapons, set traps, send an electronic shock through the ground. So many possibilities that wouldn't hurt you...

So please never do that again. Short-circuiting your brain isn't just a temporary thing. If you aren't careful, it could lead to permanent brain damage, Kaminari. I need you to take this seriously. " Izumo told him as he looks shocked making him to be confused while still being in shock as he doesn't get it at all fully about what she means.

"But my Quirk Councilor said..." Now that got her pissed with All Might as the rest of the class looks horrified by this as a Quirk Councilor telling him to do that, is not right.

"I don't care what your Quirk Councilor said, Kaminari. This world is built around being the strongest. He probably categorized you in just one of those electricity Quirks'. I'm sorry your councilor didn't tell you the truth, but sadly they don't take their jobs serious enough... Only Hound Dog does and I trust him even more than this bastard you're going to." Izumo told him as this is a serious problem.

"Alright, I understand... Thanks for helping me then. I don't want brain damage..." Kaminari said as he doesn't want brain damage and then being stuck in a hospital for who knows how long cause of this making him to be scared as he'll go to Hound Dog for now on as it seems Izumo trusts him more which works for him actually.

"And that's totally understandable. And maybe you can sense electrical currents around you like other electrical Quirk users and allies plus you can do the same in river streams." Izumo said as Kaminari nods making him to be scared of what would have happened to him in the future as he'll book a appointment with him after school before she turns to Todoroki.

"Why do you not use your fire side? I know you also have fire powers, but why don't you use them?" Izumo seems confused to this as this is not going to be a good thing at all if she ahs to help two classmates at the same time.

"Because it's my father's power. I don't want to use his fire." Todoroki confessed making her to be confused by this.

"And why not? It's your power, Todoroki. It's not like he controls it, right?" Izumo requires as a parent can't control their child's Quirk which would be impossible.

"No, but he's a terrible man and I don't want to use the fire I got from him." Izumo hates this as she can't believe that Todoroki believes this as she needs to nip this in the bud fast.

"Okay, and? Just because he uses his Quirk wrong, doesn't mean you should, too. I know you heard the conversation I had with Bakugou and Yaoyorozu, these powers isn't from me either. I don't know why the first one was forced onto me while the other is because they gave it to me cause they trust me with it and knows I won't abuse it, but I decided to use them for good.

So, why can't you? It makes me mad. Break the cycle and prove the world what good fire can do." Izumo said as she walks away making Todoroki to be shocked like everyone else as she has two Quirks which has All Might shocked about the first one, but glad to see how she worded the second one as it seems he's right in picking her as his successor. 

'I... Never thought about it that way... "Prove I can do good with this fire"? That... That I can do. I'll prove everyone I'm not like my father. I'll save everyone I can.' Todoroki thinks as he might need some Quirk Counseling from Hound Dog as well, too to help him out with this as this is something he would need help with.

Izumo had made one hundred cloud copies of Toshinori and fused them together making his injuries to vanish altogether and have a lot longer time with the embers of One For All as he also looks very young like he's in his mid-twenties to later-twenties in his true form making him to be very shocked and wonders how did this happen.

All might calls his old Side-Kick Hero, Sir Nighteyes about this fully while Izumo heads home to as her kids are always happy to see her coming home making her to hug them back as she's slowly getting the emotions back, but it's too slow as she works on the farm without them even knowing it thanks to a cloud clone to play with them.

'Looks like some mammoths are ready to be butchered with ten dinosaurs as well, too. Hmmm... Three Megalodons are also ready to be butchered up as well, too. Best to portal them over to do the butchering of all sixteen of them.' Izumo thinks as she does so and helps out if they need it.
