The Underground City has more civilians than before and the Giant Quirk Babies as they got the city to China and Australia by going downwards and then towards the two countries with glass made to handle underwater pressure.

The two new Glass cities of the Underground City let's a whole lot of people to move after fixing the tunnels and the two new cities up making their forever living ruler to use their clouds to make the platforms without hurting the water life down there making them to have more land.

The Ruler took up the name Izuko as it was their ancestor's name making her to be our Izumo Shindo Nee Midoriya-Shigaraki making her to take over and rule the Underground City. She turned eighteen in the year 2152 and ruled it as her grandparents brought her orders down for her. News spread in the year 2168 about her immortality, but no one believes it.

Izumo was still aging as she was thirty-four at that time making her to hide it as she did stop aging when her heart got replaced with a new one, but she can change her aging and make it look like she's aging. Izumo never had a pregnancy cause of her original Quirk, but did create them as new-borns to allow them to learn like any other babies would.

Shindo, her husband didn't mind as he doesn't mind making the six children she had adopted to be happy their families expanding as Izumo made it seven to make it even among the genders. Uraraka at age sixteen gave birth to twins making Himiko to be happy, but Touya knew Shoto got jealous of his six nieces and six nephews that Izumo had made for him and Hawks.

The sun's size never increased as she has a cloud near it to absorb the energy of the sun keeping it the size it's at making her to have the energy be used to power up the Underground City and Underwater Cities making them to thrive and the sexual energy stops fully making them to scrap them and use the materials be used for something else now.
