Rest and Recovery x

I don't end up waking up till 11:30 today seen as though we only have rest and recovery today, I turn over and see Leah sat up in bed with her sudoku book 

Alice: "wow are you really doing sudoku without me" I show Leah my puppy dog eyes 

Leah: "you were sleeping peacefully I didn't want to wake you, could you help me with this one though"

Alice: "course"

Leah shows me the book and the answer is so obvious 

Alice: "Leah" I laugh 

Leah: "what are you laughing at"

Alice: "babes the only answer it can be is a 1, look" I show her how every other box has a number and the missing number is a 1 

Leah: "oh my days, I've been stuck on that for half an hour and the answer was so obvious" she smacks herself in the head 

Alice: "not so much the sudoku queen now are you" I smirk 

Leah: "alright don't rub it in, fancy going down for some breakfast" 

Alice: "please I'm starving" 

We leave our room and head into the dining room 

Mary: "the sudoku queen and her assistant have arrived"

Alice: "assistant?"

Lauren: "Leah told us how you help her with sudoku" she laughs 

Alice: "is that so Leah" I turn to face her 

Leah: "umm maybe"

Alice: "well shall we tell them" I smirk 

Millie: "tell us what"

Beth: "you've got to spill now"

Ella: "what's going on here"

Alice: "I woke up this morning to Leah doing sudoku, she asks me to help her so I took a look, there was one box left and the only number was missing was a 1"

Keira: "you've got to be joking"

Nearly everyone in the room is laughing 

Leah: "alright I didn't know today was gang up on Leah day, I'm going to get breakfast"

Lucy: "we still love ya Leah"

I follow Leah into the cafeteria 

Alice: "sorry if I embarrassed you, I thought it would be funny"

Leah: "you didn't embarrass me don't worry" she says pulling me into a hug 

We grab some food and go sit on a table with Beth, Ellen, Keira and Lucy 

Ellen: "so Alice when are you going to teach us how you're so good at scoring"

Leah: "don't boost her ego anymore" she laughs 

Alice: "no teaching needs to be done, you're all great players"

Lucy: "I mean I would love to score like you so maybe you could teach me"

Keira: "Luce you're a defender, you don't really score"

Lucy: "excuse me I've scored a couple times" she nudges Keira 

We all just laugh, I finish my food and take my plate away when Ella approaches me 

Ella: "hey Alice, fancy joining me and some of the other girls for some yoga"

Alice: "sure, who else is doing it" 

Ella: "I think there's me, Lessi, Mary and Lauren"

Alice: "sure I'll come"
