Oh, Puppy love how pure and cute,
It's so innocent and sweet,
The love in their eyes is strong and faithful,
People's thoughts on their love will never matter,
Puppy love never lasts as long as some may say,
They never tell the tails that soon follow,
The fights and overthinking that you are no longer their desire,
Your heart will ache and your head will throb with thoughts that never stop,
Memories you will make but will never get back,
But I promise there is a reason they call puppy love a faze,
It's not built to last a lifetime it is just the beginning of either their forever or the end of the love,
I think it's there as a trial to see if your two are compatible or not,
If you not than it would be a lesson more than love,
Some people are meant to find love that is true and others find their twin flames that look too good to be true,
But I guess it all depends on the people in the relationship on if it is meant to be true,
My puppy love was with you and I knew it was too good to be true.
