Chapter 17: It's Fathers Day! </3

Ara's POV

I woke up today feeling happy. It's FATHER 'S DAY!!! I got up early today so that I could cook for my family.

I cooked them breakfast. Bacon and eggs for mommy and my little brother. And for dad, a tall stack of flapjacks with whipped cream and maple and chocolate syrup with a side of bacon and eggs as well.

Oh yan! Natapos rin ako!

And just on cue saktong bumaba sina mama at papa. Tumatawa sila habang karga karga ni Moomy ang kapatid ko tapos kinukulit sya ni Daddy

Bigla silang napatigil sa kasiyahan nung napansin nilang nasa harap nila ako.

"Happy Father's Day Dad!!" masayang bati ko sakanya. I hugged him but he didnt hug me back.

Nevermind. This is enough for me.

Tinulak niya ako then he gave me a cold stare.

"Mom, Dad, Let's eat" i said despite the pain I felt at that very moment.

"No thank you. We'll just eat outside. I've booked a reservation for us...."

"... for the three of us." he said. After that they just left me in the kitchen.

Tatalikod na sana ako nang may naramdaan akong humila sa laylayan ng damit ko.

My brother. Travis John Taylan Dela Cruz. The sweetest brother ever. Both a bully at nabubully. >_< pero kahit bully. Mahina ang puso. Figuratively. Masyado kasing sweet kaya ganun. Malambot ang puso sa mga taong nakapaligid sakanya.

"A-ate.... can yow pwease come with us to the wrestowannt???" tanong niya saakin habang kinakagat niya ang kanyang daliri.

7 years old na siya pero MEDYO bulol pa. Minsan lang naman kapag may request siya saakin. Ang kyut kyuuuttt talaga ng kapatid ko.

"Baby TJ... this is a family event. I'm not sure im welcome." i said kneeling down so that i'll be leveled with him.

"But ate... you a-are my famiwwyyy. Diba po you awwe dada's baby too??" inosenteng tanong niya.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang isasagot ko.

"B-but baby...." i tried to reason out but as smart as this is kid... he already stopped me.

"No mowwe but ate ko owwkaayyy?? You'll come and that's final." oh ayan na naman ang kapatid ko >_< haha ang authoritative.

"Sabi ko nga po lolo TJ" sabi ko ng pabulong. haha maaasar kasi sakin to eh.
