"His full name?"

"Florin Emeric Leonidas," Cassandra muttered with a smile. "Our last name."

"Florin Dimitrescu," Bela hummed. "The name Mother suggested?"

"Mhm!" I smiled, leaning into Cassandra. "My parents loved the name too, so it was easier to pick that. Figuring out the middle name was difficult."

"Until Lord Freyr helped."

"Lord?" Freyr snorted. "[Y/N] and Isa are basically family — making you family too. No need for the formalities."

"That's not going to work," I snorted. "They'll always be formal."

"Like Isa?"

"You are a lord," Isa huffed.

"And you're a princess! Are we done stating facts?" Freyr grumbled, earning a glare from Isa.

"If you weren't holding my son, I'd threaten you."

Eight Months Later

I woke to the cries of Florin, letting out a soft groan as I sat up and lifted the baby from his cot. 'Hungry,' I yawned and adjusted my nightgown, hissing softly when he bit down. 'I see why Isa didn't want to breastfeed again. Now that he's teething, this is painful. I knew I should've let Cass prepare a bottle before we went to bed. We were just too exhausted.' After readjusting him, I leaned against the headboard and fought to keep my eyes open. 'I just want to sleep, kid.'

Cassandra stirred and lifted her head from my lap, staring at my thighs in confusion. I rolled my eyes when she shrugged and buried her face in them again, a low purr leaving her in the process. When her head turned again, it took her a second to process what was happening before she sat up and kissed my cheek.

"I thought I heard him crying."

"He bit me," I grumbled, noticing Florin's eyes were closed. "And he's asleep again."

"Want a massage?"

"Ha! After Isa takes him for the day."

A confused gleam appeared in Cassandra's eyes before she grinned. "That's right! They promised to take him for our anniversary."

I giggled as she took Florin and carefully placed him in his cot again. "That's right. Now, let's get back to sleep until then."

"Gladly," The vampire purred before laying down and pulling me on top of her. "I love you."

"I love you too."

"Good morning," Isa's voice reached me, soon followed by Cassandra's.

"Are they here yet?"

"Mhm. Is she still asleep?"

"No," I grumbled against Cassandra's shoulder, making the woman tense.

"Ah, then I'll get them and then take Florin."

"Get what?"

"A surprise from your wife," Isa huffed before silence filled the air.

"They left through the shadows, didn't they?"

"How'd you know?" Cassandra asked as I sat up and stretched.

"I didn't hear them walk for too long. The shadows mute any sound they make."

"I'm so glad you don't do that as often as they do. Sometimes it's creepy."

"Only in the morning and at night," I snorted before yawning. "When you can see them clearer, it's not that creepy."

"Disappearing and reappearing from shadows is creepy."

"So is eating humans?"

"You do that too."

I huffed and smacked her arm. "Smartass."

"You two are so gay," Isa laughed, making me glance back at them.

"So are you," I grumbled before noticing the flowers in their hand. "Are those-?"

"Flowers from the Underworld," Cassandra muttered with a smile as she kissed my cheek. "I asked your Mother if you had any favorites and if she could send some for our anniversary."

"See? You're romantic in your own way," I giggled and pecked her lips before taking the flowers from Isa. "...She sent seeds too so I can plant some here."

"I'll have Hunter gather some Underworld soil the next time she's down there then," Isa said while carefully picking up Florin. "Did you prepare bottles?"

"I'll do that after I eat," I promised while setting the flowers in a vase. "Which will be soon. He's still asleep, so I have time."

"If he wakes up soon, you're feeding him."

"Duh."

After breakfast and making bottles for Isa, I followed Cassandra to an unoccupied room, giggling when she locked the door and lifted me. The vampire carried me to a couch before sitting down and letting me settle into her. 'Cuddling for now,' I recalled Cassandra's words. 'Then we'll slowly ease into sex. I just want to hold you for a while.'

'What a romantic,' I dreamily sighed and nuzzled into her neck, noticing the bed in the corner. 'She owes me a massage still too, but cuddling for now is fine with me.' My fingers entangled in Cassandra's hair, earning a nuzzle from her before her cheek rested on my head.

"Let me know when you want to start," She hummed, rubbing circles on my back.

"You still owe me a massage first."

"One can lead to the other."

I giggled and kissed her neck gently. "In a few minutes. I love the way you hold me."

Cassandra gently squeezed me before swarming us to the bed. "Then I'll always hold you like this when we cuddle."

Five minutes passed before I asked Cassandra for the massage, letting her leave to get the oil. Once she was gone, I undressed and climbed back on the bed. 'Thank the gods that it's always warm in this castle, otherwise I'd wait to undress. I can only handle the girls' cold.' When the vampire returned, she stopped and let her eyes slowly drag over my body, making me motion her towards me.

The vampire slowly crawled on the bed, connecting our lips once she hovered over me. I cupped her cheeks and kept the kiss gentle, smiling when Cassandra tried to deepen it. After breaking the kiss, I promised to give her more later and waited for her to begin the massage. The vampire pouted but readjusted, pouring some of the oil on my chest before getting started. 'Now to just relax and enjoy this until she gets impatient.'

I happily sighed as the vampire continued, relaxing under her and letting relaxation lull me into a light sleep. After a few minutes, I nearly jolted awake at the feeling of her fingers grazing my thighs. 'Full body massage? Fine with me,' I relaxed after a moment, earning a smile from Cassandra as my eyes shut again.

Cassandra POV

'How adorable,' I cooed internally at [Y/N]'s half-asleep form. 'Looks like I'm doing a great job at least.'

"Not impatient yet?" She slurred with a smirk.

"Do you want me to be?"
