Four months into the new year, and nothing was going well for anyone. Well, except maybe Gwen. She was living it up. Her and Addie had become close friends, she was passing her end of year exams and tests, and overall doing good in school. She had landed a good therapist she can talk to, and she had been accepted into UCLA for when she leaves high school this year.
However, no one else was up to date with her happiness. First of all, Billy and Griffin were non-stop arguing. If one of them did something mildly wrong, the other had something to say about it. Just in general, the bickering did not stop whatsoever.
Secondly, Donna and Penelope weren't on good terms. Penelope was stuck in school work because she had a shit load to do. She had lots of tests and exams and didn't have any time for her friends or girlfriend, so she just shut everyone out. Donna thought she was falling out of love, or just didn't want her anymore.
Bruce and Vance were honestly okay. They kept their relationship to themselves, occasionally posting couple photos on Instagram or occasionally showing pda. It was what they usually do, since they didn't want to get into anyone's business because they knew the group was having hard times of their own.
Robin and Finney were okay too, it was just the wedding planning and school work balance that was swallowing them whole. In early February, Finney landed a job at the local library, where he got around 20 bucks an hour. In late March, Robin landed a job as a cashier at the local Starbucks, and Finney made fun of him when he stopped by. They were okay, happy, just wanted a break and needed school to be out so they could focus on earning money for the wedding and finishing the planning.
Overall, everyone else was okay. However, it was really only Gwen, Addie, Molly, Robin, Finney, Bruce and Vance that texted in the groupchat. Everyone else either had notifications silenced or you were Maria and didn't want to see your children being horny.
