For the next eight weeks, Sabrina spent a lot of time with Carl. She had began to isolate herself, falling into a deep depression after the incident. But, once Carl came around, she felt the light beginning the shine.

Currently, Sabrina and Carl were making more arrows for Daryl. She had limited interactions with Daryl since he yelled at her, but she still wanted him to feel appreciated.

"You're doing great." Sabrina said to Carl, looking up from her notebook.
She was making blue prints of how to reconstruct the barn to make it live able for the group as winter approached, "You should take them to him." Sabrina said, looking over again Carl

"Why don't you?" Carl asked

"I'm crippled!" Sabrina argued

"I saw you run down the stairs when patricia said she had baked an apple pie." Carl said

Sabrina threw her head back, laughing, "I wanted first dibs." She argued

"Whatever you say." Carl said, standing up. He brushed the hay off his jeans before walking to find Daryl

Sabrina stood up a few minutes later, stretching her leg, sighing softly. She did a squat, groaning when she heard her knee pop

"Knock knock." Shane said, tapping his knuckles against the wooden palate of the barn

Sabrina turned around, looking over at Shane, "Hey." She said

"I've been missing you. Why're you hiding from everyone?" Shane asked

Sabrina shrugged, "No reason. Just healing." She said

"Come on." Shane said, walking over, "What's going on?"

"I keep getting hurt." Sabrina said, folding her arms over her chest as Shane walked over. She smiled when she felt his hands wrap around her waist, "I'm a liability."

Shane chuckled, "You are not." He said, scanning her eyes, "I heard Rick kissed you."

"Ah, i knew sometime or another that would come up." Sabrina said

"Mmhmm." Shane said, "Did you like it?"

"I don't remember it, Shane." Sabrina admitted

"That's good. Lori sure remembers." Shane chuckled

"I forget they're married sometimes." Sabrina admitted

Shane chuckled as leaned down, kissing Sabrina softly, his calloused hand cupping her cheek

Sabrina kissed him back, closing her eyes as she unraveled her arms, placing her soft hand on his chest

Shane deepened the kiss, pulling her body closer to his

Sabrina flinched in pain, her knee bending slightly when Shane shifted, but she resumed kissing him

"I'm sorry." Shane said, pulling away slowly, "Did I hurt you?"

"It's okay. I'm okay." Sabrina promised, kissing him softly before she pulled away

"I'm gonna go on a run later for supplies, if you wanna come. Low threat." Shane offered

"I'm not in any shape." Sabrina said

"I'll take care of you, Sanchez." Shane promised

"Okay." Sabrina said, offering him a small smile, "Let me know when."

"Why don't we go now?" Shane asked

"Okay." Sabrina smiled again, kissing him again softly, craving the intimacy of his delicate love. She pulled away slowly, laughing softly as she looked up at him, "Let me say goodbye to Carl and then I'll come find you." She promised
