Sabrina stared across the table at Shane, her eyes dull, her jaw clenched as she examined all the scars on his face
"Staring at them won't make them disappear faster." Shane noted, putting his fork down on the table
Sabrina stayed quiet, her eyes glued to Shane. It had been two weeks since Shane's altercation with The Governor. Their relationship had been a bit rocky since then - due to Sabrina being angry at the fact that Shane snuck out and had Rick cover up his tracks.
"Will you just talk to me?" Shane asked her
"About what?" Sabrina questioned
"This! It's been two weeks, Sabrina. You won't have sex with me, you won't kiss me, ya hardly acknowledge me." Shane said
"You want me to talk to you, Shane? Fine." Sabrina said, "You lied to me, you snuck out and you coulda gotten killed."
"But I didn't." Shane argued
"You could've!" Sabrina retorted, "Then what?"
"You'd be fine. Remember how you said I can't just roll over and die if something happened to you? Well, same goes to you, Sabrina. I went out and blinded that son of a bitch. I ain't sorry." Shane argued
Sabrina scoffed, "Whatever. I'm gonna go take over for watch." She said, standing up
"Oh, here she goes. Runnin' away again." Shane called after her
Sabrina shook her head in irritation as she walked outside of the prison, making her way over to the watch tower. She climbed up the steps and opened the door
"Hey, sunshine." Rick said
"Don't." Sabrina warned
Rick put his hands up in surrender, "Good morning to you too." He said
"Don't." Sabrina warned again
"Sanchez." Rick sighed, sitting down on the table in the watch tower, "What's going on?"
"You lied to me, Rick." Sabrina said
"About what? I never told you anything." Rick replied
"Same thing!" Sabrina said in frustration, "You were in on this whole thing and didn't tell me."
Rick laughed quietly, "Sabrina." He said, folding his arms over his chest, "I'm sorry." He said, looking over at her, "I'm sorry I withheld the truth from you." He said
"Thank you." Sabrina said, rubbing her arms quietly
"You and Shane alright?" Rick asked
"No. You know how scary it was waking up in bed to him battered and bruised?" Sabrina asked, "He could've died. And for what?"
"For you." Rick said
"I know but it's pointless. It's done, it's over." Sabrina said, her breath caught in her throat as she stared at the massive tank that burst through the fence
