The Heartbreaker

First day of school problems

TINA'S POV

"Beep beep beep beep beep" I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock and I let out a groan as I blindly search for the off switch of my alarm. When I have no luck, I reluctantly open my eyes and sit up, I turn to my alarm clock and it's already seven, I quickly turn off alarm clock and head for the bathroom

Last night was pretty stressful, after what happened at the parking lot, Tess took me to her house where we had lunch and picked an outfit out for Tess's school but luckily when I got home my parents didn't call me for dinner, not that I cared, after that I spent the rest of the night planning an outfit for the first day of school which is today

After twenty minutes, I tie a towel round my body and put on a robe and stroll out of the bathroom and back into my room, after I put on my clothes and light makeup I was just adding lip gloss when I hear a light knock on the door which startles me "who is it?" I yell but no reply

I get up and open the door and see Jacob standing behind it "ugh, it's you, what do you want" I ask in a disgusted tone

"Nice to see you too Tina" he says sarcastically

"What are you doing here" I ask again

"I came to apologize" he mutters under his breath

"What?" I ask him

"I said I came her to apologize" he says it a lot louder this time

I fold my arms "for what, for coming into my life and making me more miserable or for the fact that you've been nothing but a pain since you got here, any specific reasons you're apologizing" I ask sarcastically but he just stares at me "what?"

"Do you hate me that much" he asks me with a weird look

"Is it that obvious?" I let out a humourless laugh

"You haven't even gotten to know me and you already made up your mind that I'm a devil" he says making me to roll my eyes "anyways" he continues "I came to apologize on behalf of Deborah for what happened, she's sorry for what happened"

"If she's sorry then why are you here right now apologizing and not her, not that I'm complaining" he opens his mouth to say something but I stop him "sorry but I don't accept fake apologies" I tell him and give him a fake smile

"Why did I bother" he growls under his breath but I still manage to hear him and then he just walks off

I close my door and head over to my bed where I set my shoes, after I was sure I was ready, I head downstairs to the living room with no one there so I decide to go straight to school and skip breakfast to avoid any unnecessary drama

I stroll outside and see my driver waiting by the car, I get in and he starts driving

When we arrive, I get down from the car and take in the school air. I walk into the school and over to my locker and I meet Michael standing by it "what are you doing here" I ask as I walk closer to my locker

"Is it a crime to see my girlfriend" he ask with a smug look on his face

"It is if I'm not your girlfriend" I snap at him, Michael and I were dating before until I got tired and dumped him before the summer break, I couldn't just see us working out, of course I didn't tell Tess 'cause I knew it wouldn't last, I didn't know he couldn't handle rejection all that good
